    Yeah the track is bumpin, but you know what else is bumpin? This litty reverse teardown timelapse which, by the way, is of a house decorated in the theme of contemporary Japanese, which you too can do in the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV, which includes an expanded free trial in which you can play through the entirety of A Realm Reborn and the award winning Heavensward expansion up to level 60 for free with no restrictions on playtime.

      It hurt my heart a little for it to come down too! It's always rough for me to tear down something that took so long to build lol I guess that's the name of the game though!

XD I've since moved on though but yeah.:)hopefully you'll keep the original video of this one for memory's sake

      Thank you! I used Hingan Bookshelves for all the raised sections and the front of them (the white part) are White Rect Partitions. Hope this helps!

    hi ellie! what did you use for the cabinets, the oven, and fridge around 1:04 ?

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! Sorry for the delayed response here - The fridge is made with Wooden Staircase Bookshelves (the grey part) and Hingan Chochin Lanterns for the handles. The black lines can be done a few ways. In mine, because of the orientation of the fridge, I used a Cheese Collection for the horizontal line and the vertical line is Hingan Sideboards. If you wanted to ditch the "freezer" and go for a two-door look instead (and save some slots) you could just use another angled Staircase Bookshelf!
      The cabinets are also Wooden Staircase Bookshelves! I just left a space between them so you can see the White Rectangular Partitions (dyed black) behind them.
      The oven is mostly made with White Rects. To get the glassy look on the door, there's an aquarium and for this particular house, I used an Armoire for the horizontal black line, so my friend could still store some of his stuff. While the handle is made with Cutting Boards.
      I hope this helps and if you have any questions - let me know! I'll keep an eye out so you don't have to wait as long this time... lol sorry again.

    Wow this is absolutely beautiful ! I have to ask, what furniture item did you use for the wood part of the kitchen counters?

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The top of the counters are Hingan Bookshelves, the cabinet doors are the backs of the Staircase Bookshelves!

      Totally get that lol This was done a little bit before I was brave enough to start doing commentary videos, I do have an old breakdown, but I did swap out the aquarium to use a Showcase instead, just so its easier to click through to the exit: cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/757309727989301329/775409952096256060/BID_Glass_Pane_Door.jpg

    I love this house! I know this is an old vid but is anyone able to let me know what those brown slats are that you're using for the little step up stairs @ 1:30? And the white slats you put in front of them? I'm tried floating Hingan sideboards through the floor but I'm not skilled enough and keep being on the verge of breaking my keyboard. Please help.

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh no! I know the frustration of floating well LOL Hingan Sideboards are on the right track, but they'll give you a bit of trouble since they'll snap upwards if you push them through the floor that far. I used Hingan Bookshelves for the raised flooring in this build. The white in front of them are White Rectangular Partitions. I found it much easier to line it all up in the basement first, then float. That way it takes out a lot more of the guess work and messy seams.

    How did you make this =0 I mean the capturing of each step in gpose

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  ปีที่แล้ว

      Most of my teardowns are done outside of gpose. It's not hard, just very long and tedious lol. If Mr Ellie is around to help me, he will set up his character in first person view as a static camera and I will stand slightly off screen removing furniture, then I cut each section down to a few frames each in my editing software. If he cant help me, then I use first person camera angle with my UI turned off and remove furniture myself. The in between parts are all done in gpose with a controller to make smooth movement.

    I am honestly wondering how much Gil something like this costs. It feels like there are so many pieces

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  ปีที่แล้ว

      Prices on stuff like this vary so much - totally up to the person building. I don't do commissions, this is in a friends house, so I don't charge unless they want to throw me some furniture or gil to help out. But for the average person you'll see this (and I say this VERY generally) between 15-30 mil for someone to do a medium + the cost of furniture. Some will charge more, some less and some not at all! And since one is in a medium, it's 300 items total!

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hiya LuciI! Never too late to ask! The wood on the door is made with Staircase Bookshelves! I also used them for the kitchen cabinets. I'm a big fan of them since they're so flat and dye super nicely. Hope that helps!
