Thank you so much! And nope, you dont need mods/plugins for floating or sinking stuff. This one is built in a medium, so anything thats partially through the floor - like the Dance Poles I used for the table in front of the fireplace - started in the basement then you just use the Float Anything Glitch (the trick you can use a loft or shelf for) and keep raising them up as far as you need them. Theres a bunch of other glitches to to help move furniture around, like ones to help float Tabletop items without them needing to be on a table or to float Windows and other wall-mounted items without them needing to be attached to a wall! There are some limitations. Furnishings have a minimum height requirement they need to meet before they'll stay in the air and wall-mounted items will want to snap to walls too near to them etc. So it can sometimes be a fair amount of troubleshooting, BUT if you ever get stuck you're more than welcome to ask how I made any of my items here and I also help run the HGXIV discord community, which has a bunch of folks who love to help others learn and work through anything they're stuck on! The more the merrier!

Cool! I only got a small plot to work with, but so far, I love my current build. Though, I never figured out how to float objects and such. I only really knew how to place wall-mounted objects on the floor via Storage. Hopefully, I can learn more from this comment and the discord you've mentioned. Thank you very much for the info! ^^

Probably a little difficult to put a number on it. I made a few tweaks over the years and didnt really keep track, but very broadly speaking, *most* of the smalls I do end up costing somewhere around 10 mil for furniture. That said, I'm super lazy when it comes to getting the pieces lol I dont craft much, if ever, so I end up buying 98% of it. You could definitely do it and be my frugal than me!

Hiya! They are Wood Slats, yup! 4 of them. I just lined them up with the legs of the Glade Drawer Tables for the spacing and they're on their side so you only see the thin side of them from the front. I didnt do it for that particular build because I was short on slots, but you can line 3 of them up "per table leg" and that way you dont see any gaps. There are gaps in mine, it's just harder to see them in the video cause of the colour. Sorry for the late reply here, and I'm sure you've got your answer by now, but incase anyone else reading is curious, yes you can do this without redesigning. Your interior will stay intact when changing the exterior walls!

You can climb onto the house from the back porch and walk around to the steps that lead to the top.

There's no construction permit for these ones! They're crafted in a Free Company Workshop - I have a little bit at the end of the vid to show how they're made! So after you've constructed your new house (with the Empy construction permits if that's where you live), you can craft the Country exterior or buy it of the MB, then change your exterior walls out! <3

I use the Mobile Stairs or the Heaven on High tower, but you can use the elevator glitch to get up there too!

I think the price will come down a lot more once DC travel fully opens back up again. Atm a lot of servers are high because no one is leaving to buy elsewhere and prices always come down a little more once the hype wears down. All sizes on my server are already a quarter of the price they initially were when they first started hitting the market, so shouldnt be much longer for them to come down even more.

It's going to look amazing. Honestly I dont think theres a bad plot for it LOL, but cant go wrong with clear skies <3

I tend to build super slowly, but that said, it was one of my faster builds. I think this one took me about a month including tearing things down and starting over until I was happy with the final result!

Yeah I hear you, the view on the large is a bit more obstructed than the smaller sizes. It's really cute and private, but it'd be nice to have a slightly bigger opening for the views too!

You know what, I can go and count them.... I used 15 for the border on the lower level. 9 for the stairs, since some of them had to be doubled up on the angles - honestly probably just easier to use the Flagstone Steps for those now, since they werent in-game before. And 2 for the window seat under the triple window!
