Watching this is very humbling. Born and raised in Philippines till I was 11, moved to states and now live in one of the most expensive cities/neighborhoods in U.S (Brickell, Miami) Watching stuff like this motivates me
these are fun to watch. plane tickets have been so expensive and its been hard to travel with all the covid restrictions. watching and hearing the sound of the Philippines brings me joy. keep it posting these :)
except when they get sick and have no budget for even a 100 dollar medical bill. And judging by the garbage filled, unsanitary housing, I'm guessing a lot of them will suffer from various diseases.
This is were i live its full of people and our main problem is fire in neighborhood specially because our houses r so near to each other. But people are kind and funny ❤

You are filipino i think they call you kuya; otherwise you would have had all people around you as exotic import, hey Joe :-) I hope this will stay forever. Duterte did a good job to tackle drugs because couple of years ago its was becoming a real problem.
Goverment did not build this we did by our self anytime they will come and distroy houses because they say it belong to them.but in some part they build houses thats more beautiful place but cant seen in that video
I been there , Ph gov . sholud be hang up for what they do it with people there.How most of people can be soo egoist and not help such a poor people , all countrys sending money to wars, spaceship etc. while people live with nothing and eating poisoned food. All people from gov. shame on YOU. On the day of jugdement you will be first pay very hard for this.
Duterte might be doing a decent job on handling the drug situation, but he's doing a terrible job dealing with the trash and garbage EVERYWHERE, even in the small narrow alleyways. Nice video, thanks.
