I first saw a censored version where they removed the shadow of Andrew getting ripped and no "blood" dropped on Melly and when she got dragged, she threw a bunch of black ink to replace the fake blood.

I like this theory, but it's a bit weird. For example, Ganji in the CoA5 story appears as Sheriff, who's pursuing opposition. And then he got sick of that job and decided to become an actor instead? :D

@@leechingpoultice2857 it all happens on the same universe, and many characters play different people, so it's completely possible, since it's "Sheriff" and however this skin is going to be called who exists on here, not Ganji.

It seems like that no one talk about the fantastic story in viedo. However, my mother language is not English so I only can tell everyone that the main topic of COA VI is about Cthulhu Mythos (NOT Space theme) and the identity of Wu Chang is Nyarlathotep.
整個劇情大概是從5位求生者被猶格斯工作室邀請或挑選來到參與拍攝。接下來宿傘之魂(Wu Chang)暴露觀眾真面目是克系生物，求生開始逃跑，最後他們看到了一顆令人震撼的星球，宿傘之魂露出他身為奈亞拉托提普的真面目。
分析：
拍攝劇情是信徒(宿傘 Wu Chang)試圖通過獻祭人類(求生者 Survivors)喚醒外神(指克蘇魯神話的神)或打開外神前來地上的通道。
到了後面看見外星球時(猜測是猶格斯星，原型是現實的冥王星)，求生者5人都沒有佩戴供氧設備，而在克蘇魯神話中就有一項技術是“缸中之腦”，通過將人的大腦放入特定容器(Brain Cylinder)中，然後連接到特殊儀器，便可以讓大腦也擁有視覺、聽覺和說話能力(if someone interested, you can go to search Mi-Go)。因此，這段劇情很可能只是他們的大腦進行了一次太空旅遊。
除此之外，這5人很可能還是奈亞拉托提普(Wu Chang)所挑選的新信徒。在所有外神當中，只有奈亞拉托提普有著在地上行走的能力，所以他也是為外神們傳播信仰的信使，當最後宿傘之魂從白變黑，就是他現出真身的一幕。
The story is very interesting. I really like the topic this time. And the promotional video is also very beautiful especially the Yuggoth(star), amzing and incredible.
So........ When will Identity V go to make a movie????????

From my understanding- at the start they're basicslly filming a movie- and in the movie Andrew and Melly get fatalitied- but then Andrew and Melly realide that Wu chang ain't playing and has genuinely gone ape shit full cthulu cult mode and everything gets attacked by tentacles

This is my first year playing Identity V, and I must say it’s a (slightly horrifying) masterpiece! I despite horror games with everything I am, but something about this game is different and gets me invested. I’m excited to see how this event plays out!!

I don't know if its just me or this coa season theme reminds me of Junji Ito's "Remina". It's whole theme felt so familiar and it snapped when I compared the two myself.
