I will argue this time and time again on these videos especially when someone shows they're buds with Gary Vee please stop exploiting people by telling them to work for free...this might be doable if you have a rich family, but it's also horribly exploitive and I don't know why people who came from a background of poverty and built up always say this shit it's incredibly infuriating and I was also once poor, but I wouldn't expect anyone to work for free. I don't know why you guys constantly promote that.
With that said I'd like to know what this guy's property taxes and utility bills look like because you have a full staff, you know you probably aren't going to be rented out every night so you'd have to have multiple properties to make this system work or you have to have people work for free, but generally speaking as inspirational as this is it tends to leave out many things people don't realize when they buy a property so I think it'd help the videos to offer that break down in the total cost of actually running these properties.

Just a question how can I start if I don't have the money to buy a property? Can I rent 1-2bd instead and try to add some activities or rent it as it is? Has anyone done something like this? I live in LA and as an immigrant from Russia, when I just came to the US, I was looking for a place and so I paid $200-$300 more from the original price to rent a studio or even a room. Like they have some places for $1,5k but it goes for $1,8 and even $2k sometimes

I love seeing videos sharing success but when it doesn't talk about the grit then it seems abit more oh look at me rather than informative so many won't share the secrets that's what every wants so much content to sift through to learn anything

He is BUYING these properties though, and then putting them on air bnb. This video says itll show how to do what he did even if you have "not a lot of money."
He was able to do this because he already had money from his previous businesses. It really isnt as easy as this video makes it seem.
Most people dont have the money to even think about buying properties, let alone fix them up or do renovations and cool stuff to them like he did.

This is very informative! Though the success of an Airbnb listing often depends on the location, target audience, and market trend, Airbnb listings also depend on excellent customer service, clear communication, and maintaining a clean and comfortable space. Understanding your target audience and catering to their needs and interests can set your listings apart and help you maximize returns. Thanks for sharing!

Though these videos also never show property taxes, cost of utilities, and how many nights that the property is occupied. It's not easy being a landlord by any means, but I also get pretty heated when these guys say "work for free" like how about no and you pay people who are showing the drive and commitment to give you their time to make you look better. It isn't the 90's anymore things like that just come across as insanely privileged and exploitive. And I get it people can chomp me up to being that type of person millionaires hate, but hell I know I'm not the only one who gets annoyed by that.
