Love the recipe. I might bake mine and then apply the chocolate as a last step as they’re cooling down from baking. Love baked apples and crispy coconut

I haven't tried baking them, but I think that's a fantastic idea! Let me know how it turns out.

Looks yummy! Do you have a healthy caramel apple recipe? Taffy apples are my favorites this time of year.

Thank you! No, I do not have a healthy caramel apple recipe...yet :) But I do have a maple-syrup-sweetened caramel sauce recipe. But I haven't tried dipping apples in it. Here's a link if you'd like to check it out... gentletummy.com/maple-syrup-salted-caramel-sauce-recipe/

Thank you so much Wendy! I'm so glad you love the chocolate chunk bread, too :) Can I ask a small favor? Can you leave a rating/review on this recipe on my website? Then others will know what to expect :) I appreciate it! Here's a quick link... gentletummy.com/chocolate-chunk-banana-bread-recipe/#recipe

    Excellent video!
just a suggestion because I've been watching TH-cam videos for a decade or longer-> Try to describe what your tasting. Instead of saying,” that’s so great!” Describe the specific taste and flavor. I know that might seem simple but it makes such a difference of people actually participating in the video (even though they’re not with you) for example the snap from the green granny Smith, apple, the sweetness from the cashew butter the crunchiness from the shredded coconut… Hope that helps :-) big fan AnnMarie Herrera, Santa Barbara, California.

Thanks for the tip, AnnMarie! I'll definitely work on describing the flavors more in the next video.

@@gentletummyyour content is excellent! Nothing should change on that front, adding a bit descriptive language to draw your audience in (as they’re already in your kitchen, so to speak) they’ll want to make your excellent recipes. I’m in marketing can you tell? 😊😂
