    You are the first and only DPT who has helped me. Most seem to follow an outdated formula. Some recommended exercises made pain worse.

    Just got a lumbar ESI injection, my hope is that it helps with my acute pain so I can start doing some exercises. Thanks for your videos 😊

    Again excellent, was doing more intuitively with resistance training and some of the sqaut or rdl/hinge holds didn’t trigger my nerve and actually created relief

    Either word you were trying to think of is it weird that I always used in prisons and it was used to describe the prisoner's that got parole. Since covid, I've noticed it's been used in hospitals and the word is COMPLIANT. I will say, having said what I just said, I may understand that it gives me the heebie-jeebies and I would prefer a different word to be used in the medical world. BUT I DO BELIEVE that's the word you were searching for-- COMPLIANT 🤪🤨😵‍💫
