    This made me feel so much better. My daughter will be with her Dad for the school week and me on the weekends and breaks. We’ll switch in the Summer and I’ll have her more. This works best for our girl, but I had strong Mom guilt about it.
    This was helpful. ❤

    The LAST thing the courts care about is the kids

      100000000% they only care that the case is over and done with…they favour the mother from start to finish. It’s a vial and disgusting thing to say “they care for the best I treat for the child”
      It’s formed around what the mother wants and gets, let’s be honest here! 🙄

      I couldn’t disagree more. Because there has been a propensity to favor the mother now when a father does so little and want to be involved in fear of wages being taken for child support. With no intention to provide a home for the child to reside in and no initiative to parent the child the judge is now automatically giving the father 50/50 without any evidence that it’s in the child’s best interest. @@loanphanserverofjesuschris2369

    when do you initiate the child support? after the parenting plan is finalized or at anytime?

    • @MrProfessional777
      @MrProfessional777 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Courts usually merge Child Support and Parenting Plans in the same hearing and proceedings. If both are filed, both will be addressed at the same time.

    This Bullsh!t. Allowing a child to capriciously decide at 14 they can make such a life altering decision is NOT in the best interest of the child. In my state, age 16 they can drop out of school. So, they can make 2 life altering decisions within 2 years of each other and the court just rubber stamps it. Now, you see why the country is where it is.

      I'm not certain you grasped the concept that I was trying to convey in the video. The point is that the parents need to focus on the needs of the child, not their own needs. I was not advocating for children making the decisions. I hope that helps to clarify.

    Accountability is Kryptonite to women. That's not negative or irrational it's the observable truth.

    They steal your child from you then play semantic games when you try to get them back. So stupid.

    There's no black and white in Family Law. Each judge practices differently according to their own subjectivity (and what side of the bed they woke up on that day).
    The best thing you can do is hire a really intuitive lawyer who's good on their feet and intimately knows how all the judges and other lawyers play. Its a game. The winner is whoever proves to be most shrewd.

    The last tip was interesting in such that one want want and want but in their receiving it became a detriment to their free time, self care moment and free time simply to breath and recoup

    • @MrGottsacker

      But usually the mother wants to steal
      The children from the father because of money. They want it all and the courts are set that way. The best interest of the child is something that they just say.
