What Am I Entitled To in Divorce with Attorney Susan Guthrie
Here is a question.....if the court is consistently only seeking to do what's in the best interest of the child, then why does the quality of lawyer matter? The abilities of someone charging 400/hr should not matter when it comes to the children. The qol of that child is black and white , whether someone's attorney is the best shouldn't matter.
❤❤❤
I can’t even get my soon to be ex wife to engage in any sort of conversation. She left before we even made it 4 years. It’s not like we are Tim Brady and Gisele.
Same here, married 8 years, 2 children and wife left on 9/23/2024 and today is 11/30/24 and havent heard nor spoken to my children.... attorneys fees are already over $4000 and we have a court date soon
hi Susan, what if the wife sent naked pics to a family friend but nothing ever physical was going to happen bc the friend is an amputee on his leg, married with a kid, she was just looking for empathy, words of wisdom from a friend she is insecure with mental health/behavior issues under the care of a Psychiatrist Husband wants to move out and divide assests but wife wants to keep house but is Disabled with Neuropathy & mental health no kids, shares a dog whom which is the wife’s service dog together 16 years in total but married for 8 years, both own the home,
Susan, off-topic but you are one seriously GORGEOUS lady!
It's because women are cunts
I need help 🙏🙏🙏
Marriage is a covenant.
Situation: man gets married after he purchased a home, she is not on the deed, title etc. He wants a divorced, after less than 2 years. How can he move forward with removing her from his house?
So you don't need consent to get a divorce after a legal separation or not?
The kids are always first
What state does this apply to?
So you don't need consent to get a divorce after a legal separation or not?
The self employed serial financial cheaters will find a way to pay very little or close to nothing.
Some men only want 50/50 not to pay
The law says 50/50. WHY are we even talking about that? WHY this is not a starting point of any discussion?
I will do a leagle sep
This Bullsh!t. Allowing a child to capriciously decide at 14 they can make such a life altering decision is NOT in the best interest of the child. In my state, age 16 they can drop out of school. So, they can make 2 life altering decisions within 2 years of each other and the court just rubber stamps it. Now, you see why the country is where it is.
I'm not certain you grasped the concept that I was trying to convey in the video. The point is that the parents need to focus on the needs of the child, not their own needs. I was not advocating for children making the decisions. I hope that helps to clarify.
She is one on them (the system)
Informative 😊😊😊
I think this is great advice. However, if the REAL reason is that they only want to ask for 50/50 and pay less, they are not going to admit that.
Your dreaming if you think asking a female " why" she wants the house, land, savings, furniture, retirement savings, TV, children, dog, tax return, alimony, and the garden tractor. She will say" because the judge will give it to me". And she is correct. Divorce always favors the helpless female.
Women just let it go to trial if the husband doesnt agree to giving her everything. A female judge usually gives her what she wants if she has children. I know this first hand. Young men are told they should get half.
Looks like another legal situation ( legal seperation) where its advantageous for the female again. . She can get the alimony, house and children, all the while the husband has to pay for her medical insurance. Better for the man to get divorced, who cares if she marries someone else. Thats his problem now.
Marriage is a piece of paper a contract that can be broken.
Hi @joyce
I have questions and could use your advice
What if the spouse signed a waiver giving the other opportunity to own the house without her inclusion. Is this still considered marital property when divorce comes in?
Very helpful
My husband bought a new house without me. It's in only my husband name and,he used marital assests??
All word games! Draconian System!
My ex sign quit claim did , for a house I owned during our marriage , and we done a postnuptial agreement front a lawyers . Does the house will be a separate property.
2021 in Bastrop, Texas mediation cost $21K. My Ex of 27 years agreed to pay a minimal amount of spousal support for 6 months until I turned 62. I had just turned 60. The mediator insisted I was 61 until I told him that I wasn’t drunk and that I knew how old I was. The mediator was useless. He spent a total of a half hour with me including explaining the process. The rest of the time he spent with the Ex. Ex was partially drunk/partially hung over. We negotiated nothing because the Ex wanted everything and never budged. Divorce cost $90K without children and now we’re back in Court because he refuses to pay Court Ordered assets. He hired an attorney.
Accountability is Kryptonite to women. That's not negative or irrational it's the observable truth.
Amazing video, thank you so much for sharing. I have hired an attorney from David Phillips Law and this is very helpful!
The rapper jeezy, his lawyer set him up.
Who is like and love me?
Very Nice and beautiful. I like and love YOU.
Are you only doing mediation for local residents? I am looking for mediation here in Georgia.
This made me feel so much better. My daughter will be with her Dad for the school week and me on the weekends and breaks. We’ll switch in the Summer and I’ll have her more. This works best for our girl, but I had strong Mom guilt about it. This was helpful. ❤
hi i just seen this video and been needing advice im feeling guilt so much it gives me anxiety
See rick w if you want proper help in child support. This woman is part of the problem not the solution. Always challenged jurisdiction of the so-called judges. Because in all reality they do not have any jurisdiction over you. Child support is a big scam from the federal government to extort money from mothers and fathers. They also use racketeering because child support is matched by federal matching dollars. All this crap started in 1975 under the Nixon administration
What if your going for full custody. The mother has been mia. The grandmother has guardianship?
There's no black and white in Family Law. Each judge practices differently according to their own subjectivity (and what side of the bed they woke up on that day). The best thing you can do is hire a really intuitive lawyer who's good on their feet and intimately knows how all the judges and other lawyers play. Its a game. The winner is whoever proves to be most shrewd.
In divorce, lawyers made each spouse extreme enemies!😂
My husband brought me to Utah! He signed the I-864 as my petitioner/sponsor! He did not declare his car and condo on the I-864 on his I-485 petition for me and the properties bought within our marriage under his name! Me and my husband don’t have children! What can you say? My husband just want to marry a local woman in the USA!
Question: 1. Wife is upset with me. Goes to sister's. Sister instructs her to write an OP to get me out of the house, and then file for divorce wherein her demands are that she (my wife) gets sole possession of the house. But even though I am kicked out for one year due to lies during the OP hearing, I do not want to permanently move out. 2. The OP terminates after 1 year. I go home. She still thinks she is somehow getting the house and so keeps the divorce going, but I still do not agree to give her sole possession of the house. 3. Therefore, neither one of us wants to move out, but she does not alter her divorce demands. Do we live together forever? Without ever getting divorced and neither of us moves out, but the divorce is still active? What happens?
Short answer: The woman. Because she'll go to her sister's house, file an OP, the cops will show up, kick out the husband, the wife will file for divorce, the wife will sob in court, and the female judge will grant a two year OP protecting not only the woman but the home as well. Then, lawyers will cost $100,000 per year for the divorce. Men: There is no reason on earth to get married anymore. Get a sex doll. Or, get married, go ahead! But know this: 100% of marriages are initiated by women 100% of marriages end in divorce 100% of divorces are initiated by women She doesn't love you, guy. She loves Chad and shopping.
These courts don't care about kids, they just care about how to get money from the parent who makes more money, these courts are ant fathers... same courts give kids to alcoholic and drug user mothers instead of a father with stable jobs and stable homes above all stable state of mind..
Can we discuss hiring ?
Thank you so much . This is going to help me allot
What would you suggest if you are the one filing for divorce and ask for a disillusionment yet you're partner is unresponsive. Knowing that you can't afford to file for divorce?
I'm a little confused. If you would like to use a Mediator, do you still need to hire an attorney?
Hahaha this is bogus obviously nobady care about yours children only about $$$$ collecting fees for children support booooo
