New ZENVO AURORA BREAKS COVER! First Look at the EXTREME V12 Hypercar

- This is the brand new ZENVO AURORA! Join me for a first look at both Aurora Agil and Aurora Tur at the customer introduction evening of Zenvo's new V12 hybrid hypercar. Limited to 100 cars, with a near-10k rpm 12-cylinder engine, this is a mind bending and seriously special beast!
The totally new model features some game changing elements in a car that is no doubt going to offer an ultimate driving experience. Named Aurora from the Northern Lights, there are two versions available; Agil and Tur. As the name suggests; Agil means agile and features a large carbon wing, more open bodywork and while brutal is also street legal. Tur is for touring and has much smoother panels and a more comfort focused interior configuration.
Both cars share the same engine from a partnership with Mahle; it's a 6.6 litre quad turbo V12 that combines with a hybrid system to boast a total power output of 1,850hp. While the AWD configuration is standard for Tur, on Agil the default will be a RWD variant with 'only' 1,550hp but the option to switch to AWD too - and vice versa to RWD on Tur.
Naturally both cars feature extensive use of carbon fibre; from the monocoque to the body panels. Inside the seats are directly part of the tub, with adjustable pedal box and steering column. The dashboard is innovative, offering on one hand a very traditional and analogue set of dials, or at the press of a button switching to digital displays for further information.

That's a seriously impressive piece of kit. Love the rotating dash :D. I think Zenvo has done really well getting Shmee to be an ambassador for the brand. I suspect it's made a big difference to their visibility.
As far as I know hes not a brand ambassador. He's just put them in the TH-cam limelight because he bought one.
Zenvos are extremely overrated gimmicky and ugly. Except this one tho gimmicky part still exists.
They have some type of agreement or Shmee is just trying to hype up the brand so he doesn’t lose his ass when he tries to sell his 😂

as a dane, im extremely proud of how far this brand has come. keep in mind we are a small humble country and the zenvo HQ is in a small city called Præstø. it looks absolutely amazing! i didnt really know what to expect, other than i would probably look like something from the future. and zenvo delivered! love your videos shmee! keep being awesome as always❤🤍❤🤍
Gotta admit, this new car(both versions) are stunning. I wasn’t a fan at all of the ST1 or the TSRS, for me it looked cheap- like something from Max Power! 😅 but these look up there with Pagani and Koenigsegg
i actually enjoyed that these models looked unique and different. but my opinion doesnt even matter. could never afford such a beast anyway😂@@Logies_right_hand

Tim's been tempted to show us this for so long, and boy does it look like it's been worth the wait. A massive step in the right direction in terms of design and engineering, I guess Tim's investment and belief in the brand was worth it after all.

The 'Tur' version looks absolutely phenomenal. I love it when a 'small' maker like Zenvo release a car like this and show the big boys how to design a unique, exciting hypercar. So many of them are so bland nowadays but these look really special. Good for them.

It's almost a shame that it's so limited in production. It looks so cool, it looks like a mass market supercar, with how clean the styling is, yet I will probably never see one in my lifetime, because it's so limited.
The agile is overdone imo, but the tur looks just right

@@jwalster9412 the most recent cars that made the front wing openings a thing also include the aston martin Valkyrie and apollo ie (i think) all i could see in that front end was valkyrie and apollo and it's a bit chaotic in my eyes, the aurora tur just reigns in some of that edginess, but i see how the agile can be appealing to others and i respect your taste.
On a whole though, i think most will agree that zenvo really outdid themselves this time.
Honestly they knocked it out the park with this. I wasn't a huge fan of the TSRS styling, looked a bit knockoff hypercar/cheap to me, but this looks seriously seriously good to me. Poster material.

i think the tsrs have original design meanwhile that agile front looks like apollo ie and the back looks like am vulcan so i like the tur more
@siddiknugroho7563 ahhh so thats why i like the front. Apollo IE and Evo are two of my fav designs just for how crazy they are. Ones an absolute batmobile fighterjet on wheels and the other is a fuckn UFO spaceship that looks like itll go mach 1 from just standing still. Insane styling.
same, even as a dane I'm biased, but thought TSRS was a bit meh, specially for the price, good materials but the style was cheap. This is Pagani level both outside and inside, it's really another dimension for Zenvo.

The Agil looks like the Valkyrie, TSRS, and Jesko Absolut had a love child

Now it makes sense why he wanted the Zenvo, to build brand loyalty to get an allocation. I think Shmee is gambling whether or not Zenvo can have a miracle story like Koenigsegg or Rimac in which case, the entry to buy this car will be cheaper, but it could appreciate like crazy in the future if the company takes off.
Getting an allocation is not that hard, only 15 Zenvos have been sold since 2009. Edit: not sold, but produced
Ok the TSRS is cool and all but it never wow'd me, this new model is an absolute GAME CHANGER they absolutely nailed it! Love to see the small company's really going for it!!

These cars are spectacular. The Pagani influence in the interior is very well done.
Pagani will never be topped in terms of quality and attention to detail and design elegance, because that's their brand identity and what they pride themselves on just as GMA pride themselves on driver experience, Koenigsegg on performance and innovation, Rimac on the future of electric cars, Bugatti on grand touring hypercars. However I think Zenvo have ticked all of these boxes at once with the Aurora I feel like across the 2 models its the best of all of these worlds rather than just the best of one of the worlds. The interior and rotating dials are genius and work very well. Very exciting car and time in the hypercar industry.

9 seconds to 186mph is insane. Under 5 second 0-124mph is also mad!
On its 23-record day last May, the Rimac Nevera went 0-124 mph in 4.42 seconds, and 0-186 mph in 9.23 seconds (slow 🙂). But those are actual numbers, not projected.

I'm very impressed. It looks like a great car with a great engine. It will be very interesting to see how they will manage to homologate and build that car. As someone with experience within that area I can say that the emissions testing with that engine will be interesting 😂❤

7:04 excuse me WHAT, 280MPH???? that 450kph, holy sh*t. Plus the cars look absolutly fantastic, they are like the aston martin's Valhalla and Valkyrie, I love the Valkirye style of the track focused one, but the more Valhalla style for the touring one. The designers at Zenvo absolutly nailed this one!
If it was not obvious yet, it seems that Zenvo has now a seat at the Hypercars table, boots on the table. This Aurora Tur is going to blow people’s mind when spotted on the road, can’t wait for all the customisation panel. The Agil is fantastic too, just a tad too extreme for my tastes but who cares. Kudos to Zenvo and Shmee for showing as brand ambassador. Feels like a new story begins, similar to what Koenigsegg and Rimac have been about.

You said exactly what I was thinking. Both . The extreme in both of them are quite an upgrade and will obviously make a lot of other manufacturers jealous. I don't blame them. It makes for excitement and they nailed the door area which many missed out on by having not to step over them but make them part of the access, quite genius.

The Agil isnvery similar to an Apollo IE, but I suppose upgraded in every single way with the next generation of hypercar technology. I feel like the Aurora Agil in particular isn't the best at one thing but rather the most competitive at all things with the gearbox, and engine, the 4 turbos which up until now have been a Bugatti exclusive feature, the track ability and the looks.

The track version in particular in the front does give off Apollo ie vibes. Pagani is the first manufacturer where everything matter's and needs to be special. Still now Zenvo, Singer, Gunther werks, koenesegg, a few others have taken up the challenge Pagani started

@@allensaunders449 Koenigsegg and Bugatti are the only ones that come close to Pagani in terms of quality, but Pagani’s elegance and design genius is what sets them apart compared to Koenigsegg where the performance of the cars is what truly sets them apart and Bugatti is somewhere in between the Koenigseggs and the Pagani, great quality and great performance but neither better than Pagani or Koenigsegg

I never liked Zenvo before, then one day Tim specced/ordered his, and took delivery of his beautiful purple Zenvo TSR-S months later, and that day I changed my mind, I completely fell in love, what a car, and the attention to detail, it is just amazing. And now, my love for Zenvo even got deeper, after seeing the Aurora Agil, it’s just F-ing bad ass, what a car, the design, tech, engineering and the numbers are just mind boggling, it’s on a whole new level, I love love love it, the Agil, it is for me ❤️. Now all I need to do is buy some lottery tickets and hope to win 😅.

Zenvo has just arrived at the big boys table. Not to say Tim's is not, Tim's is the taxi to the table, extremely fast and in your face. love it.
I’m happy for Zenvo and their success in being able to bring these to market, but as nice as they are, they have too many borrowings from other marques, whereas the TSRS felt like it was much more distinctive and unique. At this level you have to be super critical as it’s far too easy to just gush about stats.
I have that feeling that this will be the most powerful v12 in the world

Nope Steve Morris built a billet block SVJ V12 for a customer and with twins its built for 2500 hp

Just could not be less interested in these cars / this brand.
Feel like they are designed purely to be on posters, nothing relatable about them from a car enthusiasts perspective.
I think it’s because it all just feels / looks so gimmicky. To me it’s the very antithesis cof what Porsche have done with GT3 / RS with actual usable horsepower built to have genuine fun in
@@wilsonc4027i mean, its a problem built by EVs. To be 'better' than ICE, EVs had to make ridicolous, unusable horsepower even in Suvs and sedans, so obviously hypercars need even more power.

Nobody speaks better about high end cars these days on any platform. Better than auto journalists I know. Knowledgeable, Articulate and enthusiastic. Even if I will never buy any of these cars. But if someone wants to buy one, he will surely buy one after listening to him. I hope that Zenvo gives him a percentage with any car sold through his channel..
