Ah shucks, Thanks! The dirt here is kinda all over the place, I'm in a river valley so it ranges from slick clay to pure sand and it's more susceptible to subtle weather changes and heavy riding than my bum knee. I thoroughly love it! Always keeps you on your toes!

      Thanks Mr. The Punter,
Man if I knew that all I had to do was start ribbing guys in the comments to get them to come over for a visit I would have started doing it weeks ago.
Seriously, thanks for taking the time to watch and reach out! I've got a follow up video to this one coming out today if you have 7 more minutes than you find you need in a day.

Thanks man, I'm super stoked to make a few more! The snow has come and I'm looking forward to making a case for shredding fatbikes in the harsh winter conditions.
I see you've got some CTE content out today, a subject that is very much in the front of my mind, I'm really looking forward to checking that out!

Great story as a fellow intermediate mountain biker, it's good to see videos of regular people trying to get better. I just don't feel the need to do big jumps, not worth the risk. :-)

In spite of that injury jumping is a skill that I'll never stop working on. What this crash taught me was just how methodical you have to be. The confidence AND the technique need to be there, but when it is, and when you progress SLOWLY it can be done safely. I just got a little carried away, it was my first time on jumps in a long time and first time filming jumps... it put me in a head space to make bad decisions. Unfortinate but not a deal breaker for me.
But that said, the best part about riding is that everyone gets to approach it their way, there are no rights or wrongs, just stoke!
