      I've read a lot of the studies about this. In many of them, there's a control group, where people drink normal water. The researchers compare the results of the people who drink the normal water with the group that drinks the hydrogen water.

      It makes sense, as a non-water drinker when I push it over 3 lt /day I see a difference so... it might just engage the user with more water consumption as the main benefit. On the rest, 1 hour before training for example, it is a good idea to drink a sodium bicarbonate solution with water (starting from a deficient solution for those who haven't tried it and work up according to what makes each person comfortable) as a more alkaline solution which neutralises acids in the muscles. So I don't see how a more acidic solution in the body can be a benefit when exercising (which for me is the ultimate factor in making conclusions about health)

    Chemical engineer here. Hydrogen is non-polar, H2O is polar so they do not mix. It might stay in there for a little bit, but probably not for too long (like CO2 in sparkling water). Too lazy to do research on it... but what if it's not the hydrogen that had the positive effects, but the people they tested it on drinking water more regularly that had positive effects. Also, H3O does not exist, it's H3O+ and will always be present in water (look up auto-ionisation) and the lower PH of the tablet is due to the acids, so your device is not broken or wrong. For reference, Coke has a pH below 3, not the best for your teeth but also way more acidic + high in sugars so 5 is probably fine. I think it's bullshit and if it's not, then the effects are probably going to be small. Looking at it from the other side, I don't see why it would do any harm, apart from bacteria an/or mold building up on the membranes when not in use. Hope this can potentially help.

      Chemist here, I can say that 'like dissolves like' is a useful guideline but not universally accurate. For instance, we often use polar solvents like acetone and ethanol to dissolve non-polar organic molecules effectively. Additionally, water contains various dissolved gases, and for reactions highly sensitive to oxygen, the water must be 'sparged,' replacing these gases with nitrogen. Also, the commonly referenced H3O+ ion doesn't actually exist as such. Spectroscopic evidence supports the Stoyanov hexahydrate form, where H+ is surrounded by six water molecules.

      Hi, For eye health research and start adding things like, TUDCA, citicoline, alpha GPC, lutein, zexanthine(lutein and this one often is in the same extract, marigold extract), beta carotene, astaxanthin. Also read up on using Taurine, getting a good a vitamin source, I use organic chicken liver. You probably will need d vitamin and its Co factors in optimal amounts. Read up on it.
      I drink organic carrot juice to get a good source of beta carotene. Synthetic beta carotene is not safe.
      Another classic that works for eye health is all types of dark berries you can find, like bilberry, aronia, maqui, black, acai, blackcurrant.
      I am sure you already know about all kinds of eye exercises we can do to improve our eyesight so I will not detail anything here, that whole topic is massive. And hard to describe in a quick comment.
      When you have researched this.
      You will find out that all these nutrient are all key to massively better eye health and slower progression and in many cases even reversal of the weakness we had in the first place.
      And when you have researched this and realize I know what I am talking about as far as eye health and nutrition goes. You should know that this video topic hydrogen water, also works to improve health. But you have to use RO or distilled water in the bottle.
      I wish you well on your journey and that the keys I am giving you, will lead you to a better outcome than what it seem to be right now for you.

    I tried an hho system on my 1990 Pontiac years ago to get better gas mileage, they called it the "charged water system" because the electrolysis was done outside the vehicle and you just "bubble" the water into another jar of water leaving a little space at the top then that goes into the car with a small diameter tube going into the air intake. I was shocked it actually worked and I got 8 mpg better gas mileage! It lasted about 2 days before the cars computer started adjusting fuel output thinking the car was running lean because of the different O2 sensor readings so I had to keep resetting the computer and eventually added a resistor to control it.

    Try drinking a bunch of it right before you are going to run for long and hard.
    It is the strongest noticeable effect for me that is undeniable. Sometimes I don't have time to do it and run as usual anyway. And man, it is way worse, the fatigue builds up so much worse. Drinking a bunch of this makes the run way smoother.
    And to anyone smart....yes if I don't have time I still drink regular water.
    For me the difference is not that I drink more. Or at all or something.
    I have used this for years.
    It is not anything magic.
    It gives a bit better health, over the years it compounds.
    I am not only doing this I am doing everything you can. I am stacking health and potential to my best knowledge and ability.
    And this is one of the good ones to add to any stack if you want a bit of extra potential.
    I can workout harder and recover faster. My health has certainly improved since I started and I will drink this until the grave for sure.
    How do I know it even works when I am doing a bunch of other stuff.
    Because a few times I had a broken bottle and had to get a new one. And for me it is really noticeable on my general energy levels and how hard I can push my body. And I push it really hard, everyday and I have been on this journey for decades.
    I have to juggle a lot of things to be able to sustain this level. And this is one of health boosters I like to use.
    I have done a LOT of research about it. And I see no health issues from doing it. As long as you use a good quality bottle, most are garbage, and you use pure RO or distilled water.
    And you make sure you clean out the bottle properly regularly. This is done by taking it apart and cleaning any part besides membranes with regular washing up liquid in the sink.
    And then putting it together again.
    And then you put a bit of citric acid in it shake it and let it dissolve. Run a cycle and then discard the water. Run a cycle with fresh water.
    Then you run a cycle with sodium bicarbonate in it. Discard that.
    And run a few water cycles. And then it is clean and as good as you can get it again. It can get real funky if you don't clean it properly. Don't skimp on that.
    Also it gets weaker if you don't clean it regularly. So it is both a hygiene and effect thing. Also when the battery is running low, it is making weaker water. So it might be a good idea to not let it run down completely and that also saves a bit on the battery cycles just like in your phone. You can see on the bubbles intensity when it start to get weaker. And also the puff noise when you open the bottle.
    Try it out don't expect to much and enjoy a bit of extra potential for not a big investment of money, time or energy. For me it is worth it.
    I am always looking to optimize every possible part of my nutrition and every possible part of me.
    And this is a small part of my optimization of the water I consume.
    There is levels to this and using this is one of them, you can chose to add for your health and potential.

    II did this deep dive and here is the most valuable points!:
    Only buy the premium brand bottle, the cheaper bottles actually make chlorine also which is terrible!
    This guy didn’t use the 2nd button press which mine is 5 min or 10min and I always use the 10 min timer!
    The other key part is you must chug the bottle soon as it’s ready and opened or the hydro is gone and it’s a waste!
    My bottle I have to drink a min of 6 bottles per day or there is no benefit and optimally you need to drink 11 of them per day to see any change which is crazy and not worth it!
    Just drink a 9.5+ true PH water that comes from a machine on the spot like Whole Foods has. It’s $3 per gallon but it’s a true rating and the best to drink.
    Hope this helps! I spent 4.5 months testing all of these!!!

    A problem I already see with his experiment is that many of those bottles that don’t produce hydrogen correctly, produce chlorine which is bad for you! I recommend the LevelUP brand I bought the stainless steel one and it does not produce chlorine and smells/tastes fine. I also bought the purify one that swirls like a tornado. It does remove chlorine too, but it it does not seal the water so I fear the hydrogen leaks out too quickly for it to be of as much use… so I recommend the levelup one more. It still costs around $100. Most cheaper ones produce chlorine though so be careful.

      So there is a lot of misunderstanding with the function. The H2O breaks down to molecular hydrogen which goes back and the oxygen which is filtered out. The H2 bubbles are then in a sense trapped within the water. So while the amount of hydrogen in a sense is not really increased, because it is now in a molecular gas form, it can be differently utilized.

Idk if the plastic has gotten cheaper or thinner, weaker over the years but something is definitely different, the off-gassing just does not go away. This is from memory foam mattresses, to water bottles (some directly tell you if they're recycled or thin to reduce plastic which they smell the worst, they're just easier to be sun damaged I guess). I've gone through so many mattresses because the memory foam ones are the best and traditional spring ones just dent overtime. but foam stinks and never goes away :( my lungs and throat feel coated when I wake up and the smell makes it hard for me to sleep. sorry for the long rant but man if there's one mattress that I finally set on is the Birch Mattress. This thing has not failed me after 2 years of owning it. I used a thin topper for a bit but got rid of that and realized I didnt need it anymore, because the topper smelled jusssst a bit and this is just decent quality I finally invested in something somewhat pricey. But now my heads clear, no weird coating feeling. all I smell is fresh clean air and it's spring lol doesn't even feel like one. seriously guys invest in high quality things that are essential to you EVERYDAY!

Pain and lack of mobility started to come back, so she got back on it, taking it once a day. She has been using it for about two years now. At the start she could only stand for 2-3 minutes and was in alot of pain. Today she can stand long enough to cook her own meals with manageable levels of pain. Her fingers have also started to straighten out closer to normal. I used it myself for back pain and have now stopped using it after being on it constantly once a day for two years. I can say I no longer have the back issues I had once had that doctors claimed were perminant and were only going to worsen.
    All I can say is its a slow process but it works. Oh! Also gave it to my ex-girlfriend who had a lazy eye...She no longer has a lazy eye. Admittedly I was also extremely sceptical but it works. The notable effects are my joints feel great (and yes, I already drank over 8 glasses of H2O per day, there's no way I was dehydrated), and my workout capacity went up approximately %10. Nothing else has changed in my diet or supplement regimen. This may be due to placebo, but honestly who cares. It allows me to workout harder and feel better doing so. I'll gladly pay $$ for that...

      But overall for something that is so easy to do it is a good investment to level up I think.
      But the by far strongest effect i have found is when I run. If I drink a bunch of it just before I run a long hard run. Or not using it. The difference is very very noticeable on how much less fatigue I feel. It goes so much smoother and faster when I drink a bunch of it right before. And faster recovery after also, of course if I drink it when I get back. It is just a good overall tonic when you push yourself hard. And I think the closer you are to your limit the more you get out of it.
      Meaning kind of your point. He might be to young and healthy to really feel the difference.
      But I think if he is a runner and he test running on it he will feel the difference for sure.

    My brother bought me one as a Christmas/birthday present (happens a lot with my January birthday). He & his wife had been using it for awhile. Our family have SO many health conditions that my sister literally ended up as a case study at the Mayo Clinic. I'm almost 57 and have been on disability for decades. He said his primary improvements were help with his spider veins (which I am hoping for) and fewer headaches. I know, for me, circulation has been a BIG issue. In fact, in my mother's family, arterial sclerosis is so prominent, it killed my uncle at age 49, and if she hadn't had 5 stents, she wouldn't have lived to be 93. My brother bought the cheapest one and I am only on bottle #2. One thing I have found AMAZING so far is I have what is called an "under developed diaphragm", which may not sound like much, but hiccups are torture and burping can sometimes be impossible. I have been comfortably burping since I drank it... Which feels like a miracle for me. But, for some reason, I also feel very tired, which I was hoping for the opposite 😒 My best guess... I also have asthma and allergies and, I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it seems like my breathing could be easier, so my cleaning plans may be postponed until tomorrow 😴 I also don't want to get too optimistic, but y pain issues might be better, but I haven't tried getting up off of the couch yet 😝

It's the purest form of water to drink and you remove all added nonsense to it. You have complete control over your water supply. You can get your own minerals through other means, such as magnesium lotion, potassium through bananas or potassium chloride, etc... Driking distilled water changed the trajectory of my life. I had stage three kidney disease at one point and switched to distilled water and the cysts on my kidneys went away and I haven't had any kidney issues since the firm switch over. Somehow, this is a controversial take nowadays to drink water that is PURE, but it has done nothing but help me.

    I purchased a hydrogen water bottle off of Amazon for around $45.00 four days ago. You have to run it 3xs (3 mins each) to get the 3000ppm. it does seem to be infusing the water with little micro bubbles and they remain in there when you shake the water around. I don’t know if I really feel any change from drinking the water? As someone who suffers from anxiety, I do feel more calm and my nerves seem to be a bit better…but that could be from more water consumption. I do know for sure that when I use standard tap water in the bottle it does taste lot smoother and crisp very much like a bottled water, and the smell of the water is overall different as well!
    It is doing something positive in that regard, but are we really having any positive effects from consuming the water? It’s yet to be seen but regardless, it’s making my water at least taste better.

    H3o. But unfortunately it doesn't completely infuse in the water. I thought with as much research as you did you would know by now that the moment the water is exposed to the air, that exposure causes another chemical reaction. It causes the extra hydrogen molecule to evaporate into the air. Causing the H3o molecule to turn back into H2o. The molecule is not stable. So yes. It's a gimmick. Unfortunately. In theory the science makes sense. If the molecule were to remain stable throughout the digestion process. However, at best, according to some "experts" you have only seconds to guzzle down the water before that extra hydrogen molecule escapes back into the atmosphere. There is another way to achieve this however. But it's not through digestion. If you want tried and true results, get yourself something called ozone therapy. It works! Within minutes you actually feel different. All the benefits. However, you can't really be posting it too much because it's one of this countries' little secrets. The FDA and pharmaceutical industry will be all over you if you step on their toes. It's already happened to doctors. They start talking about it, soon there after their practice is shut down.

      You think his tester was inaccurate when it showed levels of hydrogen in the water? I am not claiming that the ppm reading is accurate, but obviously the bottles did something…

    That's interesting because when I ran a pH test (several times) it was exactly the same after running the generator for a few minutes which made sense to me because the internet says hydrogen gas is a neutral gas that does not affect the pH of water

    All this is is a bunch of dehydrated hydro homies finally getting their daily intake of water & feeling more clarity from it.
    There can be a benefit from purifying your water & removing excess heavy metals + other random goodies found.
    But we also need metal to function. So, its a toss up.

    Drinking water from a plastic bottle is a fail regardless of if it is a normal or hydrogenated water ;-)

    • @perez104
      @perez104 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Some are made with BPA free plastic according to some companies and most higher end bottles use plastic instead of glass because it allows the psi to be at a greater level allowing it to produce more hydrogen without breaking the bottle with its pressure. I guess some even show proof of them being free from PFAS (forever lasting chemicals), metals, and BPA. Doing so much research on this right now. Finally concluded on buying an H2 Nano from hydrogen4health even though they use a DuPont membrane which DuPont has been known for using PFAS. They did provide me with a pdf that shows their water not having any PFAS and have an H2 Analytics certification. Not sure if the DuPont membrane itself has no PFAS though. Oh well I’m tired of doing research, just gonna buy it already.

    • @cajampa
      @cajampa 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@perez104 Are you saying that the dupont versions of the membranes can contain PFAS? Or are we talking about that dupont us making PFAS and they are evil and we should not buy dupont if we can find alternatives?
      I ask because I have been using these things from years. With very good effects. I like it I will use it forever for sure. It is a good health boost. But I have never heard about this PFAS issue before. But it was a few years since I bought my last bottle and all the hoopla about PFAS in the water and food sources got in the news after that. So if you could please clarify for me what you mean, thanks.

    • @perez104
      @perez104 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@cajampa That’s what I’m not certain on. Hydrogen4health showed a pdf of tests done on their bottle that detect PFAS but I’m not sure if the tests were done on the water or on the membrane. Regarding DuPont, I’m not sure if their products still contain PFAS. All I know is in the past they were sued for having PFAS in most of their products.

    • @cajampa
      @cajampa 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@perez104 Hmm, if they used RO or distilled it could still contain PFAS if their water source contains it. Because nether of those way of making 0 TDS water removes 100% of PFAS. But it is still much better than not doing it though.
      But you said most of their products, are you actually for sure talking about these membranes? Or are we talking general dupont products. I mean they made Teflon. They made the whole type of chemicals they invented it as far as understand. But they are a massive Chem company. They make countless other products that had nothing to do with PFAS.
      So just to be sure. Are you talking about the membranes in the past being directly connected to law suites about that the membranes containing PFAS? Or are we talking about dupont being sued for all the PFAS they put out all over. That is not directly connected to these membrane.
      Anyway. Even if there was a trace amount. It is a stable molecule. And if we drink hydrogen water that is based on RO or distilled water. We get a lot less than if we drank tap or regular bottle water. So at least there is that. I have been using it for years add my health have been going better and better. So I not really worried. But it is a bit concerning at least.

      @vapeking466 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I don't think it's a concern really. I believe many just don't want to support Dupont anymore however they have lots of products that don't contain PFAs. I suspect this is one of them.

    Hydrogen infused water supposed to give you a load of antioxidant (the hydrogen itself), therefore it should reduce the oxidation stress to some degree. If it really works, it would be noticable in the very long run - like years or decades - your body would just age slower.
    There was a lot of hype on this in Japan few years ago. SPA salons even offered a bath in hydrogen infused water. Supposedly it helps to keep a skin look younger for longer.
    It is hard to tell if there is a scientific base of evidence to support that claims. I was looking for that and didn't find anything meaningful beside marketing materials.

    It's a little late to say this. But I just saw this, and an immediate concern that I wanted to emphasize to you is that if your using it, you absolutely must not have salt in the container during the electrolysis process, it WILL produce bleach if you do. probably a small amount for the short period of time, but still not something I would play around with.
    2H2O -》2H2 + O2 + 2NaCl(salt) -》2H2 + 2NaClO (or more commonly known as bleach).

    This is the video i was looking for, thanks to you i dont have to go down the same rabbit hole 😅 since you have the hydrogen meter, another test that would interest me is, to see how fast the hydrogen dissipates from the water. Simply hold in the meter for some time and watch the number, then you cam calculate the speed of dissipation, so you know ho long it actually stays infused with hydrogen 😊
