Thanks...so glad that I'm inspiring you :-) I'm a piano teacher, and I love to teach young people as well as older folks. Through my covers and music sheets, I'm trying to share the joy of music worldwide!
You WILL, if you want to be, and work at it with all your heart. And don't give up when it gets difficult..keep practising and someday, it will get easier! Don't give up music even if you get a bad teacher...just change to another teacher who suits you and keep going. I'm glad I didn't quit when I had a really grumpy teacher at my intermediate level. My mom kept me going, and I'm so grateful now! Btw, practise very slowly first, in small sections, until it gets easy, then add more. Baby steps :)
Thanks, Karen! Learning to play the 2 hands independently takes a lot of practice. It's what pianists have to learn to do at advanced levels. Playing Baroque composers like Bach and Handel and Scarlatti requires that skill. The verse parts of my full score for BDC has left hand playing the melody. It's good practice for independence hehe! Don't give up ok?
Thanks for your interest and support. I Would love to do that, but I unfortunately, I'm seriously short of time to do transcriptions even though I love it! I can just barely manage one cover a week, and therefore, I'd prefer to choose new releases, which would be more popular and worth my time.
If you can bring your laptop to the piano and input the notes using musescore, you need not use paper anymore. It's much faster than using manuscript and pencil! Musescore is free and easy to use. If you need any instructions, just Google search and you'll find them.
I'll try to do Peter Pan...it's cute haha! I do plan to do this for as long as I can find time...I love transcribing music and sharing it with lovely fans like you!
Delighted to hear that you will be playing the piece. The verse part with the melody in the left hand requires quite a bit of control and independence between the hands. Take it in small sections until it becomes easier, then add more ok? Don't give up...beautiful music is always worth our hard work :)
Because you haven't tried! It's never too late, you know. Even adults take piano lessons....I've had adult students before. Only problem is them finding time to practice. They catch things just as fast as other students, so no problem there.
Haha...yup, you're right about my daughter and I enjoying the same music...but fangirling is for just my daughter ;) I can hardly remember any names, not to mention other info about the idols! Of course, I definitely can appreciate cuteness, great dancing and good singing...and there's so much of that in Kpop! You're most welcome ♡♡
I love that song too...but it's really hard for me to transcribe, because I keep wanting to play exactly what I hear...but because of all the vocal pitch bends, it doesn't transcribe well into piano music. I'll check out the existing covers and see if they've done a good version that I can transcribe :-)
Thanks! I'm eyeing My Lady, but I don't know if I'll have time to cover it...I still have to finish the score I was transcribing when I interrupted it for baby don't cry hehe.
Thank you SO MUCH, my dear! Yes, you'll need a solid grounding in music theory, but you don't have to wait till after next year to start trying ;-) If you have a laptop, install Musescore on it and start experimenting :-)
Thanks!! I had already covered the teaser one year ago, so it was a matter of adding more parts and improving the accompaniment. I'm usually much slower bec I have very little free time to do this :p
I'm glad you think so! Anyway, music we love is always worth our hard work, right? It depends on whether I like that English song, and whether there are already tons of covers on it (which tends to be the case).
Aww...Thanks! Have you tried the easier version that I uploaded a few days ago? The link to the void is in the video description, and of course, the sheets are on my website.
I'm halfway through Lucky actually :-) but I paused it to do SHINee's Selene 6.23 instead. Have been really really busy lately, so even that is taking ages :-P
That's the spirit, dear! Practise slowly and in small sections (one bar at a time even), be patient with yourself...you can do it! Meanwhile, if you like, you can also try the easier version that I uploaded a few days ago :-) The link is in the video description. Have fun!!
@Carmen Luna, playing the melody in the left is a challenging technique for us right handed people :-) It does require quite a bit of control...Which you get from lots of the correct practice. My easier version for Baby Don't Cry puts the melody in the right. You can find the link in the video description. Click v or show more under the video.
Thanks for your help :-) All the comments go into my email inbox, so I have sent her the sheets (and my website link) already ;-) Have you been playing my scores too? Hope you've enjoyed them!
Thanks :-) Haha..Have fun with the simple version then. Someday, when you get better, try out the harder version :-) Hello is quite old now..and there are already lots of covers on it, so i don't think I'll be covering it...sorry :-P
Sorry my dear, this version is a bit complex for a tutorial. I'm sure someone will come up with a simpler version with a tutorial. There's one of the teaser already. Perhaps you can learn that first while waiting for the full version?
That's just my way of feeling and expressing the beautiful music. Especially at the long held notes, it doesn't feel right to just hold my hands down stiffly. Slow songs need to be played gracefully and expressively. That said, I'll take it as constructive criticism and see if I can learn from it, so thanks :-)
Omg this is the best and the most similar cover I've ever heard, almost perfect O.O crying buckets of tears right now .. thank you for making a beautiful cover of my favourite song ^^
This music in the song doesn't even need words. It can sound beautiful on its own.
Thanks so much for your support and praise! Yes, I like Henry Trap too, and plan to cover that :)
Thanks...so glad that I'm inspiring you :-) I'm a piano teacher, and I love to teach young people as well as older folks. Through my covers and music sheets, I'm trying to share the joy of music worldwide!

Thanks so much, my dear, for your enthusiastic praise and encouragement! I'm delighted to have made you this happy :D
Nhu Y Do, my comment was a reply to Sanna Rose, who asked if I had an easy version :-) I'm glad to hear that you can play this version already!
Thanks Eileen! Hope you'll enjoy playing it too :-)

You're most welcome, Priscylla! And my daughter says hi too! She's Exotic, ELF and Inspirit too...and of course, Cassiopeia :-)

You're welcome :) G'night!

Aww...Thanks! Hug for you!
I'll check it out, but no promises. I still have to consider doing EXO's Baby, and SHINee's Green Rain :-)
Thanks! I'm eyeing My Lady, but I don't know if I'll have time to cover it...I still have to finish the score I was transcribing when I interrupted it for baby don't cry hehe.

Thanks!! I had already covered the teaser one year ago, so it was a matter of adding more parts and improving the accompaniment. I'm usually much slower bec I have very little free time to do this :p

Thank you :)
Thanks..yea,.I was feeling a bit nostalgic that day hehe! That's the thing about music...it's a great vehicle for our feelings :-P
I'll think about it :-)

Thanks for translating, Rachel! :-)
@Mai Hoang Anh, thank you :-) Maybe you could try the easier version? I have included the link to that video in this video description :-)

There are quite a number of Peter Pan covers already, which are very poplar, so I doubt I'll be doing that. I might cover Baby...:-)
Thank you very much! :-)
Jgmb829 has already covered black pearl :-)
Aww...Thanks so much :-)
