When my mom and I went to china for the first time, we found this old lady with a super small stand selling these crepes. We went back every single morning for a "pre-breakfast" before meeting up with family. To this day, it is still one of my favourite memories with my mom, ever.

Yan was a big influence on my love for asian food growing up in Canada. Another one i used to watch back then was The Frugal Gourmet. This was probably close to 20 years ago when there was no such thing as the Food Network. Keep it up Mike, you may be inspiring a whole new generation of foodies out and not even know it!
