VideoLog w/ Bruce Elliot~ the Murphy Ranch Nazi Compound

This is episode 1 of a series (VideoLog) that explores unusual sites in California. Each episode was to have a different narrator and site. In this one Bruce Elliot takes us to Rustic Canyon in Topanga Canyon for a short visit to the Murphy Ranch. This is where national socialism and occultism inter mixed. Herr Schmidt (a nazi & self proclaimed mystic) coaxed a rich family in building a compound for Hitler to stay in after WWll. He predicted that the Germans would win and America would be thrown into chaos.,,,,,
This was shot in the summer of 2000. Bruce Elliot would pass away a year later. He was a historian and writer who enjoyed unusual facts and obscure history. His spirit is in the shade of the shadow of barely visible things. He is missed but not forgotten.......

john glodow I was told by strangulation. No suicide note was found and he was dressed to go out. Nothing was stolen nor was there any evidence of foul play. no one noticed him particularly depressed. The motive still remains a mystery.
