Apparently that huge pile of dirt that landed on Richard Gibson's (Gestapo agent Herr Otto Flick) head was a prank staged by Kim Hartman (Helga Geerhart) with the help of the crew. Gibson had no idea it was going to happen. What made Kim/Helga nearly crack up was Richard/Flick staying character and coming back with his "Zat was not so amusing" line.
I didn't know that was a prank. I thought that the last part was included in the script and the actress who played as Helga, literally laughing as a blooper part.
