  • Hey guys, Im sorry for the short videos but their is only so much I can do at home. I will be bringing much better workouts and routines when my gym opens back up but until then give these workouts a shot. This full workout took me only around 40 Minutes!

      I aim for workouts around the 1 hour mark when I do them at home. When I go to the gym they last around 2 hours. As for videos where I do challenges, they can last upwards of 3 hours hahaha
