Herbal Spotlight! I love it! Definitely easier to figure placement of some of these plants. Especially when it’s not always “tea” related. I’ve always been a little fascinated with lemon balm, and now I have even more reasons why! 😊

We transitioned from canola and margarine spread, about three years ago.I didn't think we could afford it but we made getting avocado oil and real butter and coconut oil top priority then we buy other things after.I have some canola I only use if I am deep frying wich isn't very often. Next we are going to order organic flour.I have lemon balm but never knew what to do with it.

@@radialwavellite5310 I never realized how bad it was until we had farmers planting it around us and looked into it more. It’s crazy what they allow to be put in our food nowadays. I haven’t transitioned to organic flour yet. We use a lot. Lol. There are so many things a person can do with lemon balm. I still have not cooked with it, but I’d like to try a few recipes here soon!
