Once you know the tempo you can literally put fillers everywhere and still make it sound reasonable, and practise many many years practise on the drums lol

It's not really backwards, you're just playing each segment of the song in reverse. So the last 4 measures, then you jump 4 measures back. It's not super complicated, since the song isn't actually reversed.
It sounds like the measures ARE reversed, though? The beats aren’t. So each bar plays the same as usual, but in reverse order - measure 122 beat 1-2-3-4, measure 121 beat 1-2-3-4, measure 120 beat 1-2-3-4. Not complicated at all - in fact, it’s quite simple, but that can often be the hardest change to reset your thinking for. ^_^

I’m 155 pounds now and I’m at a healthy weight. I’d like to look slimmer but self improvement isn’t about becoming a “giga chad” or having a huge muscular body, it’s about respecting yourself. It’s what the people in this video that are saying being weak and fat is okay don’t understand.
