As an actual music piece this works _surprisingly_ well. The sudden CRASH of guitar after a quiet verse, instruments suddenly disappear only to meld back in with the main melody a couple bars later, this is just _wonderful_ Sometimes the wrong way can end up being the right way, or even better.
Toby must have had in his mind that some random hater or a music experimenter WILL fiddle with his tracks, so he especially charted Megalovania so uniquely that no matter what you do with the notes, scramble them, make the song backwards, anything imaginable, it just creates a new and unique version of it. If Toby ends up using some of these recharted tracks in later episodes of Deltarune, it just confirms you aren't trying to make his song bad, you played right into his hand and daved him effort
