Sonic Galactic (Demo 2): Verdant Isle Zone Speedrun

To be clear, these are far from the best times I've gotten (1:10.41 for Verdant Isle 1 and 1:59.41 for Verdant Isle 2). This is just what I'm able to do in terms of a single segment setting.
Out of all the games from SAGE 2020, Sonic Galactic was certainly one of the most promising fangames that I played. It's hard to put into words how much Galactic understands Classic Sonic to the point of making some genuine steps forward. I have loads of thoughts regarding this demo (both good & bad), but the fact that the team is still working on this after 7 years (apparently this started in 2017?!) is a marvelous achieving and I can't wait to see the end product.

Only Verdant Isle Zone was played since trying to do an optimized run of all three zones would take far too long. This is definitely the kind of game that'll benefit from a proper level select in the future, lol.
