The man with the pink tie is disrespectful, talking and laughing. I don't even know who he is, but can tell he is for Ms. Willis as he has the attitude on his face in all of these hearings like he closed to hearing anything other that what he believes and isn't going to believe anything that is said. He is going to back Ms. Willis no matter how wrong she is. That is what he conveys with his actions.
