And new laws the DA can’t just spend the tax payers money or grant money out of any fund without requesting permission. And that money approved can’t be shifted around the way any of them can spend it: it must be used on what they request it for.

Approval is accountability. Putting all the money in a BIG bucket is extremely loose accounting. You can’t see the forest for the trees based on bills paid. You don’t know how to create a line item for the dollars spent. Being transparent means that you know up front where the dollars go. Fanni admittedly states she pays for everything in cash. She has loose procedures and I see why she wouldn’t want to defend her decisions in a transparent way.
I absolutely have No problems with DA Fani Willis. She is doing her job very well. Sawubona Fani, we see you.

Nathan Wade was paid $600,000 compared to other attorneys working in the same case were paid $90,000. This is a major red flag.

It sound like these people think a new law is needed, if you have problems with the way she spends her budget, do what corporate America does and that's to supervise her as she is clearly unhinged. You put her in the office, but there's nothing that says you can cut her budget to the basic operating costs and force her to request additional funds through an approval process. Seems to me, there was someone over Fani that should have been aware of the spending by her office back when this first came up, that is unless Fani paid him cash for his services...
