Lovely video mate! Still no quads. Hopefully Emirates will resume A380 services soon enough, and BA will bring back some 747s, at least Negus, BOAC and Landor. That would be great.
Nice Video, yeah the heathrow thing i've had probs with, first 5th april hotels closed and i had hotel booked from arriving into the country from USA so had to last minute airbnb it, then I got my voucher and rebooked for 19th only to this week get an email saying it's cancelled again. (they did open the booking for the hotel but reclosed) then I book over at the south runway with a different hotel and suddenly they close the runway which i found out about yesterday. I will still try though as I can get to the other side and try out new VR live. P.S how do you get to that view in your video? is it a car park? Once you film again I recommend travelodge heathrow central for straight down the runway view, it's a bit far out but a 20x zoom is ok
No, it’s never only been cargo planes. Although a lot of passenger aircraft are being used for cargo only operations. But a lot of these flights are passenger flights too.

Well, at least the ongoing troubles in the aviation industry has provided Heathrow with an ideal opportunity to upgrade that southern runway. If you're given a bunch of lemons, you might as well make some lemonade. :)

There was a China southern A380 in but it wasn’t leaving until much later in the night

Aviation in England has definitely changed - for the better for most travelers but not for staunch fans of jumbo jets.
The tri-jets & 747s are what made being a plane fan fun. Who wants to see oversized 737s all day long?
