    My anxiety attacks only started recently, dealing with it been tough, scary thoughts crosses the mind when it happens. Been searching the net for calming music and this is the best help so far. I was about to get an attack, the chest started feeling funny etc and came across this started doing the yoga immediately and it helped me overcome the attack. Thank you so much

    This is so good. I was having major stress and anxiety, where my heart rate was racing at 154 beats a minute. Just doing yoga breathing calmed me down, and within a few minutes my heart rate had dropped to 84 beats...truly amazing! I thank you for sharing your expertise and knowledge with us. Who knows if we all practiced this daily, we might be able to eradicate stress and anxiety. Thank you and namaste:)

    I feel like I should have learned this in school. School is so stupid. Einstien was so right when he said "my education was the greatest impediment to my learning" because if there was anything to impede my learning here i think i would be that slave driven part of the world brought about by the "education system"
    So anyways i really know how much relaxation means so i can really value what you guys are doing and what you know and exercise. Great.

    This helps me so much. I have anxiety attacks on a regular bases, especially at night. I've done this only a handful of times but I find it really helps calm me down.

    WHAT IS LIFE :
    -1 ) Right now my mind is scattered from excessive thoughts unable to concentrate,
    I am overthinking everytime collapsed in negative emotions consumed by my feelings,
    I just don't have any idea what really am I,
    What is the real me?
    I have no innerpeace I am just in a complete chaos with myself right now.
    -2 ) I have very low selfesteem,
    No confidence and because of this I am always nervous , overthinking about it ,
    hurting myself internally due to the pressure and chaos they create ,
    and the feelings which come from this is like a fire burning me.

      it is! i didn't believe in it until i went to the ER and was taught breathing teqniques. breathe in through nose and raise abdomen only, not chest, 10 times breathe out slow, it takes you out of fight or flight. it works

      i disagree, I've done the deep breathing, you could try counting during deep breaths, out of order, I've heard that works too.. but stimulating the nerves for good bloodflow also aides in reducing anxiety for me. any massage over the body is generally good
