The true story behind this beautiful song was written in a book called 'Nightwish' , published in year 2006. In this book Tuomas tells how these lyrics were born. He and his girlfriend back then went to a bar in his own hometown Kitee. There was quite wild party going on at the bar that night. Some guys approuch them and started to behave quite disrespectfully towards his girlfriend. Even by few guys, whom he partly knew and these guys knew she was Tuomas's girlfriend. So Tuomas got very upset and angry and tells in this book how suddenly the words "wish I had an angel" came up to his mind. Afterwords he thought these are actually quite corny words but might anyhow work as lyrics to a song. This is how this beautiful song called "wish I had an angel" was born. @@ROOKCAST Nuclear Blast records got a blast from Nightwish because the blue ray had coding/compression issues which slowed down playback. The DVD is okay and 2nd release blue rays had the error corrected.
