I lived on a boat in Seattle in the Fremont neighborhood back in 2016 and it was SO cheap. $700 a month covered the moorage, electricity, and weekly sewage pump out. The marina where I was also had on-shore bathrooms, coin-op showers, gated & covered docks, and 24/7 security. I don't think you could find a studio apartment for under $1000 right now in Seattle.

How many hours does this boat have on it though? For the price this is a good deal just a matter of how much wear is on it if it has low hours this is a great deal even if the wear is up some still not bad for the price

As far as sea worthiness, because of the extremely narrow beam, it will pitch, list, and rock the living hell of ya, thus making any and all guest seasick before leaving the dock. After over 20 years of being a Liveaboard sailor in Florida that finally got ran out by the millionaires the problem thing about the boat like that is just gonna cost you $1500 a month separate if you can find a place to put it now that all the rich people have moved into Florida, and taking everything over and all the corporations so the days of liver boards are pretty much over unless you’re rich😊
I would love to live on board this boat and I will have to say no expert on price for boats or homes even but the freedom that you would be able to enjoy is priceless give me the keys and I will gladly give you feed back afterwards 😂😂💜🌺💜🌷💜💐💜🌸🥰

Not so..displacement hull trawler with single diesal cruising at 6-8 knots probably uses less fuel then my 7m trailerboat with 200hp Honda outboard..
