    Great video. I was going to buy some extra fittings or a bypass kit but realized you can just loop the coolant line right back into the engine cooler--no extras needed. thanks for showing this, I'm using locking pliers right now but will try this soon

    Hi there. I have question. I had two of my heater core hoses. But i took it to a mecánic and only left me with one heater core hose so my heating system does work. But im pissed off because he never notified me he would take the other hose out. I think thats the one connected to the motor. Im being driving my isuzu ascender for weeks now wanted to ask if that would cause my vehicle any further damages.

    • @brosolution
      @brosolution  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ok sound like he by pass the heatercore with one of the hose.. this will not cause any damage to your engine or to the car... but when ever you ready to fix your heatercore your gonna need the other hose he removed

      @@brosolution Thank you for your support!! I have another issue. Where my antifreeze container laids down. I video recorded. And saw leaking antifreeze underneath my reservoir container falling down the right tire. I being thinking i might have a broken reservoir from underneath. Because i see lots of dripping in the middle where it laids. Someone told me to change the hose connected to the radiator that is attached to the reservior. I order a container and bought the hose at autoparts im crossing my fingers that this resolves my problem. At the beginning i thougt it was the letter tee heater hose took it down to a shop Because the right side arm tire was rubbing alot to the hose and had being leaking antifreeze. I told the mecanic if he could adjusted shorter he endup cutting it from both edges. And without my permittion took the other hose off. When i got there to the shop he said i didn't need to pay him nothing. Very weird right? He said i will charge double. Didn't know what he tried to tell me. Then drove my isuzu ascender next day in the morning was so cold since here we get Snowy days. Well i started to see lots of smoke coming through my tail pipe and right side in front my hood i got very scared thinking it was burning but it didn't. parked at a side really quickly left engine one recorded a video of it. Too see whats was going on. Zoom it saw that there was a long antifreeze dripping was splashing to the middle of my hood. I took it to another shop the mecanic ask me who did it i didn't say. He said the hose is not in place is loose and he touch with his hand and said look antifreeze is leaking from here he brough something to tight the part. Then said i think you would be ok the issue is resolve your ok to drive it know i left.then next day my truck came to is tempeture i notist the dripping continúe not from the hose. But i observe a video i had taken before i saw it coming from underneath my reservoir where it laids down underneath. Dripping behind to the cover of my right tire also but i look closely and the dripping is down my reservoir. Then i said to my self is probably been this the issue all this time i wasted going to the mecanic for nothing because he end up taking my second heater hose when i had it because i saw it i always take videos before i take it in. I also have a powersteering leaking. Couple months i took it to another mecanic to put a new pcv valve and told him to put a new pcv valve and maf sensor and clean my throttle body. But i notist when i went to get a reading code in auto parts the computer reads i need to replace a new maf sensor. And reads a misfire i fix that issue also reads catalyst. And after they fix the misfire check engine came off. Then at a street was a bump didn't see it but i was going slow and out sudden check engine came back. Went to get it check again now i dont see the catalyst or maf sensor. But it saids " most likely solution" manifold gasket? So the guy at autoparts tells me i might have a vacuum leak somewhere. Thats why he suggest me to get the radiator hose. But im thinking maybe is because my container is broken might have visible dripping underneath or some clamp is loose. Or could it be powersteering or not. Im so confused.

    You have to be careful with cars that have an oil cooler like Chrysler 200. You have to put the adapter on the hoses that are against the firewall I tried doing it to the hoses before and coolant was not going to the oil cooler and I overheated

    Or in your case, do not cut hoses, pull one off on the engine side and connect the remaining hose on port you just pulled hose off of, no cutting. Or connect the two together with a hose coupler.. Only do this in an emergency.
    And not all vehicles have the same style connectors at firewall.

    Don’t do this please it mess up your car. I did this on my Infiniti g35 now air is trapped in the cooling system 😡

      Take your radiator cap off and let the engine idle for 20 minutes until all the air bubbles are gone. Just make sure you keep an eye on the coolant temperature gauge on the dash.

      How can air be trapped using the bypass, it simply route the water back to water to the original water connection. Just open the radiator cap while cold and round the engine a while to let the bubble out and then put the cap back.
