ASMR massage and EFT tapping/meridian points with gentle whispering for anxiety relief and sleep

In this video I give Pablo David a massage treatment to help alleviate stress with EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping and an explanation of meridian points. When combined with the meridian points, EFT tapping is a very effective technique for relieving anxiety and promoting general well-being. Best of all, anyone can do it themselves at home!

What is Donna? I think you're confusing, Doña is a treatment pronoun, something like "Lady", it's a respectful way of referring to some lady, like Doña Esperanza and Doña Rosa, it's not the name of their profession. I don't know if that's what I meant, I'm sorry if I'm wrong. 💓
