Very honest review. I bought one yesterday and had to do the plumbing and electrical work. The cost of the machine is ₹ 22500/-(incl GST) local dealer. The cost of providing electrical Power Point including wires, materials & labour was ₹ 1200/-. The cost of modifying the water tap as shown in your video was ₹ 2600/-. A packet of Vim box containing 30 tablets was provided free by the installation service provider.
Many thanks for the detailed pricing info. I am pinning this on top for others to view. The cost for plumbing for us in Jaipur was just 600/- total. Do let us all know with your experience after a few weeks. (Especially with tablets)

Yes, We tried all programs and found glass care the best and it cleans steel utensils very good also.

Yes it remembers after power failure and continues from where it was, similar to washing machine. Sometimes it adds extra 15-20 mins (maybe due to re-heating of water, if it requires). Also it has delay option.
Yes, it has sub-cycles restarts from the sub-cycle start during which power cut happened.
Tell me, does it accommodate Butterfly 10 ltr steel cooker (even by removing top tray)? There are very few other vessels. Or better bye full size 12-14 stage dishwasher?
You will have to go for larger dishwasher for 10L cooker. Please keep in mind only steel utensils work in dishwasher, No Aluminum. Please also consult the company for proper placement.

Hi, they give 2 year warranty. We had some problem of water not going in and error beeps few months back. This was under warranty (approx 3 months remaining). We called the customer service and next day engineer came over (Jaipur). There was no issue with the machine, only there was some blockage inside it. He said this machine has simple construction very less parts and rarely it gives problems. So as per our experience it has been good now for over 24 months. Atleast now we have very less dependence on maid.

Hi, Thanks for watching. Power consumption average is 1 unit to 1.2 unit per hour or per wash. Approx Rs.10/- Our electric bill is approx 300 rupees up than before. If we use the longest cleaning mode then it is approx 2 units max per wash. But we don't use that because the cleaning is almost same as normal mode.
Does a big pressure cooker of 8 litres fit in the lower rack or will touch the blades?
8 liters is too big for this. Also aluminium cooker cannot be washed in any dishwasher because of its different strong detergent.
@@InfoDays I have steel cooker but can I remove the upper rack and then wash or still it won't fit?
@@3annika The upper rack has the blades bulit in, so removing it will only give you good spray from the bottom. I am frankly unsure if 8 liters cooker can fit. I think you should consult the company before buying.

The hot water is about 60-70 Deg (equivalent to cup of tea while drinking). It is safe for any type of sink and plastics. Nothing to worry.

@@ng2120 You could also extend it by adding more equivalent pipe (source locally) and directly sending the pipe to the drain hole. We have a steel sink and a plastic pipe for its drain and have faced no problem since six months. The water doesn't get that hot that it will damage anything. But still if you wish you could consult a plumber which will be good.

Few questions- Does it have adjustable racks? What is the noise level? Can you share a review of the detergent that you use? I have seen a few reviews where the detergent load has white marks/stains on the inner side of the door.Thanks!
It has 2 racks which you can pull out. On top it also has spoon rack which can be taken out to put the spoons much easily. Noise level is almost zero, just some low level water noises and once in a while light motor noise. We are using "Finish" detergent + rinse + salt. Once I also got some white stains on utensils etc. but it was due to low level of "rinse" liquid. You can adjust the level of rinse liquid to adapt to the water hardness and other things. That way you will never get any stains. In about 1 week of hit and trial I understood how best to make it work for myself.

No you cannot add more utensils after the cycle has started. If you open the door then all water comes out.

Bartan wala liquid soap use nahi kar sakte kya?
No because it creates lot of foam and its not strong enough to clean with spray of dishwasher.

Frankly I have not much info on Lloyd. But have been using beko for almost 1 year now and it is smooth and washes very good.
Kdai cooker jug etc kaun dhoaga?
Dishwasher is not 100% solution for Indian utensils, but keeping covid in mind and problem of maids with their rising costs this works out better. You can still keep the maid at very low cost for remaining utensils.
After service.suppose some problems come in are there service centers
We haven't had any issue since Nov last year. So cant say if their service is good or bad. But there are service centers in all major cities, because the person also comes to setup and explain. You should first checkup with the company in your city.
Nice review. Can I use 12" steel thali in this machine ?
I had tried 12" thali but it barely fits by removing the top tray. It's not that it does not fit but it uses all the room of other utensils, so Its a tight fit.
Is it has memory resume function?
I mean if power cut occurred in middle of the function, is it will restart from the beginning or from where it was stopped

Can we wash fibre plates in this dishwasher?
Plastic type plates with designs are not suitable for dishwasher as its detergent is too strong and will overtime damage the plates and its designs. You could check at the back side of plates if there's any icon or written dishwasher safe, else not recommended.

kadhai aur cooker kahan dalegi?
You can put steel Kadhai & Cooker not Aluminum. You can adjust utensils for 2-4 people (It takes a few days to understand the correct positioning) . If you have lots of utensils then you can go for "12 places" dishwasher.
Sir, Pls.share some info.abt the working condition of the washer after using the past period... planning to buy..
As of now for one year didn't face any problem. One or twice we had white spots on utensils but then we increased the rinse liquid a little bit and it was solved. It was due to some temporary water quality issue. Frankly speaking we are now using the machine and maid both. For few utensils like cooker and khadai the maid washes them once in a day. The utensils from the machine come super clean and sterilised so cannot go back to maid fully. Oveall its a good buy but will take a few weeks to get used to it. Maid becomes optional.

Can we wash cast iron utensils in this?
I live in Bangalore where water is hard. Do I need to add something else along with the washing powder and liquid?

Hi, unfortunately you cannot use cast iron utensils, it will spoil itself and others. Its all because of the dishwasher detergent which is quite different than our regular one. I checked that my mom is washing one futura hard Anodised pot once a week without any noticeable problems (Though it is not recommended by company). For hardwater the dishwasher Salt takes care of it, you have to fill it approx once a month. You may also have to tweak the rinse liquid up/down to get the perfect wash. We have not yet used their after sales service so cant comment on that. But it may vary from city to city like in all other appliances.
Can we remove the top rack nd start cleaning process?? ( If we have large vessels )
Yes, you can remove either of the two for bigger utensils.

@@HarithaSarat Cleaning process internally is same. There is no change in how it cleans. Water Rinse - Detergent Wash - Shiner Rinse - Heat - Over. Time varies with program mode. We use glass care as it works best, fast and economical for us.

Incase of electricity failure, It remembers the washing cycle and starts from where it left off.
How much electric usage units are consumed per wash and cost
Average 0.7 units (700watts) per wash. Approx Rs.5.6/- per wash (if per unit cost is Rs.8). You can calculate 0.7 x Your Unit cost.
On higher side in extensive washing it is approx 1 unit.

It is perfect for 3 people. You can wash all utensils in one go. Frankly I am not aware of aftersales service. The person from company came once to explain everything. As of 7 months (touch-wood) we have had no problems.

Can we put Indian thalis around 12"diameter
I tried a 12" plate and was just able to squeeze 3 of them on the left side. You can though remove the upper tray and use as big plates as you want. But overall with upper tray it takes upto 11" easily. Any thalis with borders of half or one inch borders are difficult to adjust with other utensils due to the tray design.
@Truth n Logic Rinse is very important else you will have white layer on your utensils. All three ingredients are must for the machine to work properly. You can though use dishwasher tablet (3 in one) which is very convenient and becoming cheaper everyday. Have seen on amazon for just Rs.14 per piece. (Rs.440 for box of 30 tabs)

Non stick pan chalte hain
Though only the ones which have marking "Dishwasher safe" are to be used, but we are putting our wonderchef non-stick pans for last 6 months and faced no problems. The dishwasher detergent is a bit strong so it is better to use new dishwasher safe non-stick pans like Nirlon.

Hi, You can read all the comment answers that I have given, it basically covers everything that is in the video. Mainly you cannot put aluminum and copper utensils and cost per wash is approx 25/-. One wash is enough for 2-3 people per day. Dishwasher detergent is the best. My mother is using it of almost 2 years and faced no issues. It also has a warranty for 2 years. We had a small problem 2 months back of machine not working and the response from customer care was good and engineer came next day. It was clogged water pipe.

If you are already using correct amount of dishwashing powder and riseaid then this is majorly due water hardness which has high calcium and other chemicals. Test by increasing detergent. 1.30 hours is the best time. Also take some professional advice by company.

Yes. If used then it will oxidize with black color and may even spoil other utensils also. All because of the dishwasher detergent which is very different from normal daily use liquid.

Actually you will have to connect it to a water source like tap which will need a plumber. Other than that rest is easy and self manageable. Very similar to washing machine.

@@prernakapoor892 As per the manual it says you should connect its pipe to "a threaded 3/4(inch) connector". So depending upon your tap size you should install a pipe converter that outputs "threaded 3/4(inch)" . You could purchase the converter locally and connect the pipe.

Yes sort-of. But if you have a family of 2-4 (Two adults 2 children) then only 1 wash daily is sufficient if correctly used. This may seem expensive in tier 2 / 3 cities where maids are still affordable. It really depends on working style of each family and availability of maids.

1. No need to add so much detergent. 4 gm. in the pre wash section + 20 gm. in the main section is enough.
2. No need to add salt if you have soft water.
3. Always use ECO mode - this is the standard, default mode. This consumes less water and power. Other modes are needed only for specific purposes.
The detergent over-split here by mistake while we were recording, you can see. We use glass care which we found the best in all modes.
No need of that much of detergent one tablespoon is more than enough

I am not aware of that. But I think it is quite normal not hard. We live in Jaipur and most water is from rivers.

Your water hardness should be below 300 ppm
For me the Voltas guy who came for demo did the settings by checking the water hardness.

It depends on cost of maid. In many places it is same and you do not have to depend on anyone.
25 rs per wash, to 2 time k hisab se 1500 mahina hua, itne mei maid hi kar rehi, lockdown thik tha but waise we can prefer maids only, they also get some money to run their families
We are now using it one time for most small utensils and also maid for larger utensils. The cleaning in dishwasher is many times better. Also in rainy season the utensils come out dry which is very good. Even when the maid doesn't come we have no issues.

Yes it is a bit high but it gives you 100% sanitized germ free wash without any tension. Hopefully the washing cost will reduce in coming years.

Only steel. No aluminum. With Cooker and Khadi only best for 2 persons. Without Cooker and Khadi best for 3-4 people.

Most utensils (except cooker) are the same as other countries. It cleans all the oil and dirt. No issues if you have steel and glass stuff. For small familles of upto 4 it works good.

The machine displays "END" only after cleaning the utensils after the complete washing cycle. "END" word is erased the moment you open the door. Hope this answers your question.

Not exactly. Less than 1 bucket water. 8-10 liters only. Just 1hr 30 mins per wash and you can schedule it to run automatically anytime. All utensils come out dry and sterilized which is very good in humidity (No need to dry). Less than 1 unit electricity daily. No maid tension. No covid tension. Total hygiene. Working exactly the same process of Washing Machine.
