I'll be the first male to say this. I'm a handyman and Jack of all trades but this lady makes me look like a starter. She is very handy. HandyLady. Great job!
@@airarhys oh yeah me too. I think I'm getting more creative bc of her plus I pay more attention to details. Have you watched some of her older videos?
Have just ordered my Silhouette Cameo, cant wait for it to arrive. Your videos have got me through lockdown here in the UK. You are very much an inspiration to me. Cant wait to see the next one. Keep up the good work.
This was very informative. I don’t have a cameo but I still watched the whole video. I wouldn’t worry to much about the length of your video unless it’s a lot of wasted air time. You don’t usually do that
Mary, your videos are never to long. You always leave me wanting more lol you are so talented and creative!!! You inspire me, and I look forward to all your videos and love your channel!! God's blessings to you!!
Thank you so much for your videos. I have used a Sil Cameo for about 6 years, but have never tried PnC. Thank you for giving me the instructions I needed to go for it. Now I will need to get some of that transfer paper. I find so much satisfaction and solace watching you for some reason. So peaceful.
Oh Mary i love watching all ur videos is there anything u cant do every3turns out lovely i love how informative u are with no time wasting i live in Ireland andchave been following u f acwhile 🇮🇪👍
Mary, instead of using the trace feature, try using trace and detach feature - you can cut your image, in this case the bunny and detach it from all the white background - leaves you a perfectly cut bunny without having to use the erase and make adjustments to fit. Then you can duplicate to have 2 bunnies. You can then resize, or position the bunny to make it fit easier. Just my .02 cents. I love your channel - you give me lots of inspiration.
Mary your instruction are always so clear and the demonstration of the product. I will say i,ve been thinking about a Cameo but it looks s9 intimidating. lol. The table runners are gorgeous as well as the pillow covers. Thxs for sharing.
Yes, I agree with you, Evelyn! And the best way to learn the Silhouette Cameo is to watch the many different people, like Mary, using the software on TH-cam videos! And play, play, play. That is the only way to get quickly over the learning curve. I love my Cameo! And I love watching Mary use it!
Thank you Mary... do take all the time you need to explain what you are creating... it is always a pleasure to watch you... your family must be very proud
SEPT 2019: Silhouette Cameo has just come out with CAMEO 4! It is a major upgrade from this one. Three times faster, cuts more types of items, etc., etc. Very impressive! There are three models, too! 12”, 15” (the Cameo Plus)and 20” (the Cameo Pro). The two larger sizes will be coming out next Spring, in 2020. I cannot wait, and I am not sure why I would need the larger sizes anyway, so I am hoping they will not run out of the first ones they’ve made are available. I own another brand of cutting machine, but you’ve convinced me! I spent some time reviewing the Cameo website to see what kinds of projects it has and there are SO many beautiful ones! I cannot wait to get my hands on this early Christmas present for me, lol!!
I’m wondering if the Cricut heat press would make this easier. You know, I’ve watched nearly all of your videos and I’m just struck how you are as close to a true Proverbs 31 woman as I’ve ever seen. Thank you for all your hard work and sharing your talent.
I just saw this and am excited. I just won a bid on a gently used Cameo on eBay for $145 and can’t wait to try it out! I’m sure I’ll refer back to this video often as I get started!
Just watched this video again. I just bought a gently used Silhouette Cameo over the weekend. Haven’t used it yet but I’m excited to do so. Definitely want to do the vintage hare!
Hi Mary, Because of you I bought a Cameo 3 and I love it. I'm in the process of doing my first transfer today. Just a note, instead of using your eraser to remove the background, do a trace and detach, then do another outline trace for your cut lines. Hope that helps you.
I find these silhouette video's very helpful! I have one and love to see how you use yours. Thank you so much for taping them for us. I love the runner and pillow!
Mary I had been wandering about how to work the cameo once I had gotten one. Thanks for the tutorial and it wasn't too long, very informative! I Love to watch you transform anything into something beautiful for your home or family and friends!
Thanks for your informative videos too. It helps me decide things to buy or not for my endeavors. My gate leg table is I think identical to that. Bought it local already painted white. I put it on bed rises, they are smaller once’s not the large size. Also found at yard sale to make it cutting table height. .
Thanks Mary for another great tutorial! I have a Cricut but watching you explain your Cameo helped me understand how to use the vinyls, etc. I am eager to make some of my own soft furnishings now! Always look forward to your videos. God bless you. ❤
I'm just about ready to take the plunge on the Silhouette Cameo, and your videos are so helpful for me. The advertising doesn't necessarily show the most economical way to do things, but you seem to always get the most out of your supplies. Thank you again for a wonderful tutorial - they are NEVER too long! ("Hop on over to your shop" - you are too funny!)
Hi Mary, That was so good to watch, I have learnt some thing new today, you are a good teacher, and your video's are not to long, you cover so much in them, TFS, Cheers Anna.
Thank you Mary! I found your channel a few days ago and binge watched every video 😂 I have had my Cameo3 for about 2 years and I can't rave about it enough either! Endless options! I love love love your trash to treasure videos! My family has always thought I was crazy, but now I can say "See I'm not crazy!" Lol Thank you again!
Mary, this is an awesome video. I have a Cricut and was so excited to see how you made your iron transfer! I have so many ideas to make pillows for my vintage booth. TFS
I always enjoy your videos....they're never too long for me! You're the reason I got some power tools for Christmas...lol! Thank you for taking the time to explain all the details. You've inspired me to use my Cameo more. Have a wonderful day!! Claudene
I'm a fairly new subscriber and I absolutely LOVE these S. Cameo tutorials. I bought mine based on your love for yours and the quality of your creations using it. I've had it a week now and I still haven't "cut" anything yet... rookie nerves, I suppose. I'm wondering why you couldn't use the SC to print AND cut the image of the vintage hare? Please continue to do these (with all the steps), as they are truly inspiring to newbies like myself. Thank you so much. 🙂🙂🙂
The SC can't actually print an image, you'll need to do that on a printer. Although usually this is called the "print and cut" function in SC, it doesn't actually print. But it will cut a printed image as long as you set up the outline of the image in your SC using the image.
Love the bunny! I’m just trying to learn to use a Cricut, and I know it’s not quite the same, but, gives me an idea of how it should work. Love all of your videos, always something new to learn, or relearn!!❤️. Thanks for sharing!
Awesome. Thank you. Now, a lesson on what material you used for the runner. I am learning to make table runners and I want to use the right material. Thanks a million. I Love your videos. From, San Antonio, Texas.

I don’t have a Cameo but this video was so very interesting! Thanks for sharing. I live in northeast Ohio; hope you are coping with this crazy weather.💫
Mary, I'm hoping that in an upcoming Q&A you may be able to tell me if transfers must be printed on inkjet printers and not on laser printers. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for the informative video! You have inspired me to try so much. Always look forward to your videos. Kind regards from Penny in Liverpool 😊

Good afternoon Mary, long time follower. I’m trying to add this bunny or hare to a pillow cover. Ugh 😩 I got the wrong transfer paper. Love all your ideals and creativity. Thank you ☺️ from Anita ( Kentucky)
Absolutely beautiful table runners!! My goodness it look so 3D and realistic, almost like embroidery! Are there any other more simple methods to printing images on fabric for beginners or for people without those printing machines? Love seeing your decor and thrifting videos too! More please!! Love from Canada!
I love you Mary. You are a true gem and a blessing. I started watching before Covid and went out and purchased a used Silhouette after this video.
