The album was "Leave A Whisper", my favorite song on that album(CD) was "45", but I'm not talking about this release of "45" but the last song on the album, the acoustic version of "45". I've tried to sing it as Brent Smith does but I can't get the breathing technique right and I always get a headache from trying. This song is vocally amazing and has a deep meaning. Life is like ‘staring down the barrel of a 45’ and because of the gun reference "45" was banned on some radio stations and MTV. The best version to listen to is the last song on the CD. Brent smith is one of the greatest vocalist of all time.
Shinedown has great music and most will have a message that center around the lead singers past addiction. Brent's got an amazing vocal range.
