I booked an appointment to have my car completely detailed (Exotic Show & Shine) package $269.99. My appointment was on a Saturday and had a 3 hour window between 9:00am to 12:00pm for them to show up. They never showed up, never called, and text me at 5:00pm claiming they tried to reach me, which is a lie because I had my phone on me all day and no one called me or text me until they text me at 5:00pm. I had no way to reach them because their office and only point of contact is closed on weekends. I will take my business elsewhere.
Have they reached out to you to make it right? I was about to set an appointment with them, but then i seen this video....i think i will look elsewhere for my rv detailing needs....thx for sharing...good luck.
They just called me a liar and are trying to say my awning and the roof were done when you can clearly see in the video it wasent never touched. You can see the black streaks, the alge, the mold, the left over car wash soap in the video and they have still called me a liar
Hi Joshua, unfortunately your review is quiet misleading. First, you tell us that the roof and awning was not even done and that the detailer showed you pictures of the roof, but it wasn't your roof. In fact, it is your roof that was done and we have photos and videos of the work before and after completion. We have videos and pictures showing the nick and defects in the RV and we pointed these out to you prior to starting the work, with timestamps on the photos. The technicians (2 of them) did not tell you they would come back to finish the RV, you had told them you wanted your truck done so had discussed possibly doing that. The technician states that the awning was done, however the material used can be stained as its very lousy OR it could have been rolled up with moisture in it which caused it to mildew. All and all, were sorry you were not happy. This is why we do a few things. First, we have you look over it before you sign off on the work and you send the detailer on his way. 2nd, we have offered to fix any and all concerns and issues you have with the detail. If we missed something, were happy to fix it. We want to make it right for you, but just asking for 100% refund is not reasonable sorry.
My roof and awning was not done and you can see it in the video! No tech walked around and showed me anything. My camper didnt have a scratch on it. You and your subcontractors are liars. This was done at my business and i have clients and employees as witnesses. The guys said they were leaving and they would be back the following day to do my awning and they never showed up. I did ask about my truck and they didnt do it either! You can see the roof in the video and the awning, how can you even say they cleaned them? You are a flat out liar
I was there when the workers were there. I had to pickup my dog from the business next door and was literally standing right beside them when one of the workers told Josh that they would return the following morning to finish what they had still not done which included the awning. I was there the whole time they were speaking, and Josh never signed anything. I would gladly go to court as a witness if needed. I seen the streaks and the unfinished work.

I haven't spoke to anyone yet. I tried calling and I was on hold so long it swapped me over to a voicemail and nobody has called me back

I didnt sign any paper work at all so if my name has been signed it was forged! I want a copy of it asap so I can send it to the police
