      Welcome po! Kaya nyo nyo po yan kasi madali lang gawin. Iwasan lang po mabasag yung itlog habang nakababad para hindi masira :)

    So does the amount of time brining make the yolk oily, or does the ingredients do that?

      Based on experience, both properties makes the yolk oily. In salting, moisture leaves the egg while salt comes into it. Salt dehydrates yolk then makes it exude oil. Hence, the longer time of brining gives it more time to exude oil from the yolk. The other ingredients just adds minimal balance to the taste. Hope this helps! :)

      Hello! Chicken egg po ang ginamit namin dito. Kung prefer nyo po malaki ang egg yolk, mas maganda po gamitin ninyo ang duck egg :)
