Excellent man. Do you use C++? Also around the 3:00 mark. When shooting the rifle it doesn’t seem to have any recoil but later on when you use pistol it has recoil. Also the rifle seems to have a delay in the sound. When you shoot, the bullet hits the target and then you hear the gunfire after. You can see this best when you shoot the 2nd tower to the left at 3:04

I absolutely love this especially the animations are amazing and the whole boot camp aspect. But whenever you get a gold it says (you’re a really soldiers) it should you’re a real soldier but no fear I have worked with foreign devs before

*I'll say this, it's great but could do with some improving.* *Pros:* 1. It looks cool and seems to run better than most games! 2. I like the details with the other army men training. 3. It feels similar to any other triple A training camp. 4. The background music suites with the games context. 5. The stamina and timer is clear and identifiable. 6. I really like that the training involves paintball. This is totally new to me and makes training not feel like a boring chore. *Cons:* 1. The running style doesn't feel natural. 2. There are way too many soundfx. 3. The music is great but, would be cool if there was a variety (not just generic brass and fanfares). 4. The font and background for the text shouldn't be bright blue and white. (It doesn't fit with the style of the game). These are just my opinions and you may feel different about these. I bring no hate only love to a game that could have great potential, Goodluck!

You shoud change triplanar paint stain on character to decals. It works fine without normal map on vertical surface.
