Noise got nerfed a while back. So she’s not as good as she used to be. But still decent. If your Noise cannot handle the heat. I would recommend using a healer that doesn’t draw attention to themselves like Helm, Rapunzel, Emma, or use the bunny duo (who are the current meta)
You need to attack specific areas. Like, in the video, I believe I'm attacking one of its eyes, therefore, its accuracy is lowered (that's my hypothesis for the lower damage). The other location is to hit the rifles directly, so you destroy some of the bullets. However, hitting the rifles means, Modernia's burst cannot destroy the bombs he throws at you at the same time.
Bunnies will work. You want to replace Privaty though. She isn't much of a DPS. You don't need a built Modernia, skills at L4 and T9 equipment should do the job.

Noise is great. Although, I've kinda moved on from Noise. I use Helm for healing now. And I use Dorothy in place of Liter.
