Manualing Centi to rapid fire rockets will give burst faster and something I learned just recently is that aiming for the core instead of the rifles does more damage so all this time I’ve been getting stuck at stage 8 with everyone at full t9 gears, maybe if i aimed for core I’d get full clear.
@@GuitarRockFirst Yep according to the guide on nikkegg targeting the core (Red eye in the middle of the body) you deal more damage. I saw a video of someone clearing with core damage but I haven't tested it. Some people on disc are saying it's hard to lock on to the core though. But now that I think about it I vaguely remember having trouble with a blacksmith ex stage when I was new and I found a tip somewhere on targeting the core and it worked.
I use Liter, Centi, Scarlet, Harran and Rapunzel. I have Modernia as well, but I noticed that RL and Snipers are good to fast track your burst meter. Plus my Harran is my Strongest Nikke, since my Scarlet doesn't have any LB cores. Also, both my Scarlet and Harran can burst down the bombs with their level 3.
Pretty certain Emma doesn't make it as her healing skill is based on getting hit (which Blacksmith's shoots 3 times and each shot hurts) or requires burst (Which means you don't use Liter's burst. Scarlet might be able to solo clear the bombs with her burst though).

@GuitarRockFirst how come Scarlet damage is 40m and Modernia's damage is 20m if the total damage was 41m? If you had done 60m you would've full cleared the stage.
Ah that's because it counts the damage to the bombs as well for example each bomb maybe has a few thousand HP on its own. The score is just damage to the boss, hope that answers your question.
It's awesome that Scarlet + Modernia can perfectly cover all bombs. I found that Scarlet + Privaty gets lapped hard by the bombs after a few burst cycles.
if your modernia isn't moderately invested, she's actually doing way less damage on emulator cause the FPS stuff. that's probably why she isn't clearing the bombs so fast, that and probably need more gear.
Yes. If u want to burst cycles the bombs best to use Scarlet, Harran and Privaty. 2 of 3 above. But Privaty need some investment in her burst skill to do enough dmg to destroy the bombs. At least lvl 5 or 6.
@@RicochetLKGaming My Privaty have Overload Headgear so I don't worry about destroy bomb with her burst at all.The real problem is Modernia burst like you said.
I managed to finally beat stage 9, my team's the same except I don't have Centi so I'm using Dolla instead; I prefer to spend more time focusing on a single arm to break it, I would have ran out of time if I didn't break one of his arms for the extra damage and hitting the arm's weak spot does more damage than hitting his armor.
Pepper, Scarlet, Harran/Privaty, Dolla, Liter Stage 8 possible with t8 gears only just use pepper to prevent fully reloading then manual scarlet at x2 hp when circle appears
Giving Liter or any MG, SMG user the extra bullet cube is probably better than the reload since those weapons reload the fastest anyways & most of these nikkes that have these weapons have skills that require them to hit an enemy a number of times. The hit rate cube is good too but they are better on attackers instead of supporters. Just my take on cube set up. I use Laplace instead of Scarlet since my Scarlet isn't that invested since i got her so late while Laplace is core 2. Her beam is great combined with her skill 2 that increases damage on the boss's multiple parts. She makes Blacksmith & Chatterbox pretty easy in my opinion.
Having only Noise as a healer is painful on Blacksmith day lol you have to manual Noise and couldn't control your dps to hit core 100% of the time. I got almost full t9(18/20) but the best I could do is 56M dmg, only half a bar left but still not enough dps lol maybe I need more overload gears
I take it you aren't doing special interception yet. Characters all get normalized to lvl 200 so you have to focus gear , skills and stats to do well outside of strategy. You'll suffer like us all when you get to this point. It's very hard.

Can confirm, cleared stage 9 with more than enough time left by attacking the core.

Never thought of Christmas Anne maybe I can try that next. I don't have Emma so I'm not sure but Noise and Pepper is what some others use.

Nice run bro, my team is Pepper Diesel Modernia Privaty and Drake and I got 8 very consisten tank heal and damage

Almost same before im usin modernia too but its kinda near killed boss then im switch modernia to privaty lb 3 then i can fully clear it easily

I am only missing a Scarlet. Other than that I can only manage to get to Tier 6 😭
I can do Tier 7 with Privaty instead scarlet But it's still not good enough.At least I want tier 8.

I can't find good team comps that don't have liter or centi, I don't have either, it's killing me.
I personally use dolla over centi on this boss it’s consistently gotten me lv9 rewards
