- The Los Angeles Innocence Project is taking on the Scott Peterson case, hoping to reexamine evidence from the trial. Peterson is serving life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder of his wife Laci Peterson and their unborn child Conner Peterson. Attorney Gloria Allred, who represents Scott Peterson's sister, discusses the latest developments.

Why does a witness need an attorney?
I have fallowed what Allred has done for decades. She hates men, and as soon as a women who has a VERY shady past as Amber does, she always steps forward to declare her a victim so she cannot be investigated and possibly deemed an unreliable witness who has problems telling the truth. It falls under the rape shield law, where her conduct has nothing to do what he did. And I've done a lot of research on her and she's a lying kniving bitch. This is why Allred kept on saying she was a victim too. They had to buy special equipment for her phone instead of just tapping her phone as they usually do because her and her sister were running scams on married men to blackmail them. But because they couldn't investigate her she was allowed to get on the stand and commit perjury saying she didn't know Scott was married. They were only together 4 or 5 times but she somehow has lots of pictures of them in intimate poses as if she brought along a personal photographer. 'll bet that was her sister. She also scammed a guy into thinking her daughter was his, until he realized she looked nothing like him or anyone in his family and took a paternity test and found it wasn't his. And don't get me started on her porn escapades. Whenever you she a woman so-called victim, you'll always see Allred. Does that answer your question?

What's your point? is proof he's innocent. He was determined to be alive until Jan 3rd by both the States expert and the Medical examiner? Furthermore, Dr Charles March testified there is no way that Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby could have died any earlier than Dec. 29, 2002. Dr Alison Galloway the States own expert and forensic anthropologist, determined the baby could have even been alive as far along as Jan 14th. How is he guilty if Laci was alive after the 24th?

This gloria women is always for limelight. Jury convicted so has to be guilty. Does this women know how many death row inmates have been found not guilty after innocence project took their cases ?.
