I just started Deep Blue Sea, it had already been retired so someone shared this with me. This is my first HAED. I’m with you I need a better storage system. I kind of use bags and floss tags. I need to get quicker on my stitching I’m slow. I’m doing 1x1 on 25 ct
You've discovered the main reason I don't like cutting my skeins entirely (although I may cut a few lengths at a time of the more heavily-used colours) and put them on floss drops. I use snack-size bags (which are long enough to keep the skein straight) to store my floss whenever possible, and keep the unused strands in there. Just subscribed.
You're doing better than me, I don't even know how to do a stitch with me. I've only been able to edit my videos because my partner is super technical, he's a web designer so has shown me how to edit and upload and I'm still getting my hair off when the computer doesn't do what I see in my head. I've recently found you so I went back to your first video and watching them all

Hello. Welcome to my channel. Excited for you to receive your trolley needle, it works wonders when your stitching with the longer thread. I find I don't need it when my threads are shorter though so haven't been using it lately. Happy Stitching 😊
Just watched this. Your getting the hang of it. Seem very relaxed. Little thing you could try, when you thread length is shorter than you would like in colour blocks, you could thread 2 lengths i.s.o. one and do a Catch the Tail start. You can cover twice the amount of stitches.
