I’ve watched a bunch of Cairo tours in preparation for my trip to Egypt soon, and I gotta say, I loved this tour!! You showed things that were out of the ordinary like that river cruise, it just made me want to watch more and subscribe, thank so much!
8:50: Umm Kulthum!!! I believe the cafe you were at is called "Umm Kulthum". Umm Kulthum (31 December 1898 - 3 February 1975) was an Egyptian singer, songwriter, and film actress active from the 1920s to the 1970s. She was given the honorific title Kawkab al-Sharq ("Star of the East"). She is known throughout the Arab world as its greatest singer, ever!
I am Egyptian and I live in Egypt, but I enjoyed this tour very much. Welcome to Egypt at any time. I hope that you will return to Egypt again and take tours in different places in Egypt such as Sharm El-Sheikh, Hurghada or the northern coast. God bless you.🇪🇬🕊

I’m an Egyptian and I have to say that this is amazing, I love that you’re getting to see egypt and how open minded you are even though you’ve probably seen all the bad videos that are destroying our reputation. You’re always welcome in our country. Oh and also, the guy you talked to was saying that he was the captain’s assistant. ❤
We returned from our Egyptian holiday last week. We loved the country and the people were so friendly. We will be back sometime. We felt very safe at all times, except crossing the roads. 😊
Wow you’re now in Egypt beautiful place but be safe like busy car but so beautiful thank you for sharing the beautiful scenery take care and always be safe 🥰🥰🥰
This video ist great! It seems like the city cairo, besides the pyramids, isn't something for everyone and thats okay. I gotta say i love chaos too and im impressed by your open mindedness. Im foying to cairo too next December and am super excited
This video was so sharp and colorful! I thought it was made using a filter and in 4k resolution. Great work, guys - although Egypt is a bit to hectic for me. ;-)
We visit Egypt twice a year to see family and the chaos always takes me by surpirse. But i feel like its a semi organised chaos. Crazy traffic, but great drivers to be able to navigate through all of that. Its almost like theres a certain trust between pedestrians and drivers. The 1st time my father in law took to me that market you went through qas one of the most memorable experiences i have had
It's true that it's a bit chaotic there and people including locals, should be extra careful especially in the tourist spots, but to be fair there's a modern side (which I reside in) and the people, streets, cleanliness, shopping malls etc are something different. I barely go the crowded areas anymore.
Hi. I came to ZEEYARA restaurant in Cairo as I found this beautiful restaurant in this TH-cam (eating lunch right now)!! This is a great place to feel the vibe of historic Cairo. Thanks for the info!!
Would love to have a recap video where you briefly compare and share your thoughts on the different Arab countries you've been to. I have only ever been to Tunisia as I have Tunisian roots but they all seem very different. Thanks for making us travel with you guys!
@m&m travellers ..learning to cross the streets in cairo is an art of survival.....but i am glad that you are courageous and full of optimism..with a huge respect from your greek friend of instagram!!!!! ❤❤❤❤..i hope you will make your videos much longer so i can enjoy more seeing the world through your eyes...
You should see my Egypt this is an invitation...foreigners usually chose to stay and roam in the ghettos and chaotic areas but there is so much more you guys should experience ❤ welcome to our EGYPT!!
@@malakalhawary94I’ll be leaving for Egypt in a couple weeks and staying for 3 weeks total. Could you send me some places to check out? Love local music scenes.
Al-Moez street is FAR, FAR, FAR from being a ghetto and is definitely a much more exciting, real and enjoyable stay for foreigners (and many Egyptians) than places like El-Rehab or whatever. This is the real, traditional, historic and rich Egypt. Not the modern, Westernised settlements that aren't any different to any other modern settlement in a Western country. Foreigners want to experience new counties at their most different compared to their own countries, not a watered down version.
I hope to visit Egypt, i believe there are many more beautiful places to visit that embrace their culture, cuisine and environment. I believe you guy would have been considerate to show the kind, gorgeous side...Every city has its own version of ghetto (even London)........Polite consideration to pull out the video to preserve the reputation and tourism of Egypt
Small tip from egyptian traveling to Egypt must be high aware and high experience in communication with people and be triky smart person bec. This people have alot of experience during the history of Egypt due to the variety of cultures that tried from occupation among history High experience makes you good enough avoid hastlers and scammers
I am from Chicago, and we have tons of pigeons here. I cannot imagine eating one either, I imagine the same with a squirrel, but pioneers once ate them as game meat. Romans feasted on the birds as well. I know they are popular in Northern African countries.
We pretty much never eat salad / greenery, it’s normally always washed in tap water and it’s what makes you sick. We didn’t really have any issues, we went to restaurants with good reviews or ones that were famous
The old man was Not the captain. He said in arabic that He helps the captain he is behind him. Very funny your reaction hhh. I am tunisian from germany and know you scine your videos of tunisia, very nice and positive couple keep it up ✌️
I live in ciaro Egypt .. my husband is egyptian , and i get tired of making that breakfast everyday😒 its too much carbs, and heavy on the chest..and annoying to wake up and head to the kitchen to cook all that food 😅
Wow Cairo is really vibrant and crazy city. But I must say you added more vibes to it guys 😍 Beware tho of hustlers especially around the pyramids , the street venders and scammers. presumably you already know that. there're lots' stories online with tourists and others sharing their experience and giving valuable tips. having a Local guide can save you a lot of hassle.
This was such an adventure...one that I would never embark myself but find it quite entertaining to watch. I hardly ever go shopping when travelling. One exception: Marrakesh, at Jemaa El F'naa. Who can resist? I didn't think Cairo was as irresistible. But the shops looked like they'd draw you in just as well.
@@dabbleandtravel I can see that in this video. But I was with a large group that took us to specific specialty shops and we were provided maximum security. Who would stray? No one did. Our group's guide shows up in tv shows on Egypt. We were spoiled tourists, sorta.
I’m surprised you didn’t face any issues entering Cairo. Another TH-camr (More Best Ever Food Review Show) detailed his experience with the system and its horrific enough to throw tourists off 😅
What country do you plan on visiting next? It'd be great to see you in Czech Republic or Latvia or Croatia or Hungary or Russia or Belarus lol so much countries
