I picked a place in The Meadows when I moved to Vegas. I never hear people talk about Scotch Eighty and Rancho Bonito Estates. It's so beautiful and quaint around those parts.
So, your video hit my feed while I was watching a similar one. I'm so glad I watched yours. What a refreshing approach. Just a bonus that you're easy on the eyes too! 😊 🍻
I'm definitely considering to move to one of those neighborhoods. If money was not an issue, I would move to either Lake Las Vegas or Inspirada. Olga I'll look you up when I'm ready.
@LasVegasOlgaMoreno it seems to me that there's a high percentage of properties within HOA communities and far and few properties outside. Is it a fair assessment or am I wrong?
Nice video! From SoCal concern about high cost of electricity there. Does city incentivized you to put solar panels? Are you seeing many solar being put on houses?
Thanks! I just got solar on my home and the way it works in Las Vegas is NV Energy actually buys back the energy from you once you get solar at a decent rate! I have a really good solar guy if you'd like a recommendation on which company to go with!
Im sorry but ain't nobody trying to move to East Las Vegas I have live on the East Side by Boulder Highway and Desert Inn everywhere on the East Side is bad. Move to Henderson or Summerlin or even Centennial Hill on the North West side of Las Vegas some of these people she interview haven't really lived in Las Vegas like that especially the girls from Southern Highlands them are upper middle class folks who got some money they don't be out here in Vegas like that.
I know..east side??? No, nope, no..and Southern Highlands has a mix of middle class , older homes as well, it isn't all wealthy communities. It is nice but it's not all wealth up there. Centennial Hills is or I should say, was nice but that is starting to go downhill now, too. Even Summerlin, you have to go way up by the Villas to get into the better areas as it is being hit with crime and getting that lived in not in a good way look to it. You have to know where to go now in Summerlin.

The up and coming is, yes, in North Las Vegas, extreme north, at Tule Springs. Best value.

I love the Lone Mountain area also!

My cousin bought a new house, every new build in the neighborhood has them. The builders include them

Killing it
Thank you! ♥️
Love Southern Highlands. Took about rich people there you have movie stars, sports figures, everybody and anybody you can think of with money.
That's the Southern Highlands Golf Club which is very exclusive. But Southern Highlands also has mostly very regular middle class homes as well.
@@JesusIsLordLasVegas Yes, a lot of neighborhoods are older , middle class families, it's a mix of this and the wealthy celeb homes.
If you live in Reverence, it's definitely about the money. But Lone Mountain is my neighborhood & I love it.
Ascaya and there is no second

Ascaya is amazing and would be one of my top choices if money was no object! I’d say if you’re a golfer you might prefer MacDonald’s Highlands.
Anthem zip code 89052 has best schools.
These people don't know the neighborhoods...
