There's a very simple way involving magisk but requires a custom recovery like twrp or orangefox, TLDR you need to duplicate the magisk apk, turn in into a zip file by renaming it, get into the custom recovery and install the zip and after rebooting magisk should appear as an app after a couple minutes, all the next steps are explained in magisk

Hi bro when you flash a new ROM (whether stock or custom) root access will be removed by default
Thank you for telling. I once tried to install iOS rom and bootloop started happening. Then I downloaded official Samsung firmware and anyhow I fixed it. Then I downloaded twrp recovery and unzipped supersu file
Would that work for Samsung J7 Prime and, does that will allow me to update my device software? and will it delete personal data, imei and files on the storage?? (i have SuperSU on the device but I installed it seperately, originally it is rooted yeah but it didn't had any SU apps)
Not with SuperSu. The best option for you to do is to flash the stock ROM. It will delete root by default

Flashing stock ROM will delete root by default. Check the video how to flash stock ROM th-cam.com/video/XJe4jJuJoy0/w-d-xo.html it's made for S20 but method is the same, you only need to download right firmware for your phone.

Enter in phone dialer *#1234# you will see model. Then go to samfw.com and search firmware for that model and download it

No, it is dangerous to keep in your phone (not that dangerous for me tho, but some says it can soft/hard break your device). But if you have rooted device, you have access to so much stuffs like upgrading your rom or something.

Is your phone new/ did you purchase it not too long ago? I thought I did not have magisk either because it didn't show anywhere but my phone appeared as rooted and I didn't know why. Turns out there had been an half-attempt to root it and magisk was partially installed, hence it wasn't visible. Try to search manually for the app in your phone/files and if you find it then do the steps from this video.
