on modern devices with a/b partitions structure, you just grab the stock boot.img, patch it with magisk, and flash it with fastboot. not a big deal.

Rooted android now: can't use most apps due to safety concerns, can't play online games because of the "anti cheat" thing, and in some phones, can't do software updates
Bro never heard of Zygisk Deny List and SafetyNet Fix. The problem is that most of the things that required root back then are now included in the stock version of Android (e.g. screen/call recording, screen auto-clickers).
