err my coach tells me to do the exact opposite of everything she says! straight legs while kicking , and pointed toes, which gives me so much muscle cramp later. joining hands in front while doing freestyle etc... i dont know what tp follow, guess will find out in the next pool session.

1. Make sure you are facing your head down in the water. 2. Keep you hips up. 3. Keep your head lower in the water . (Remember in the water your body is like a seesaw!) I hope this helps!

Put sunblock on and after swimming and a taking a warm shower but on body lotion that what a do a level 7 swimmer

i am a beginner when i try arm.movement my legs are sinking amd not also not able to rotate arms..
