Nice! Thank you. I am unlearning my wrong swimming techniques and starting my journey tomorrow in the pool to gain core and back strength for my back pain and spinal issue. I will definitely do the exercises first and then learning the breathing techniques that I saw in SWIM UP.
Hello Nisha just wanna ask if something like this ever happen to anyone else. Rite after I dive in the water I have a headache and I can't seems to continue my swim. Is there a reason. It's the first time it happen to me. Is it because I lack oxygen since I was in the water with one breath for too long or didn't do stretching before going in the water. My head was trobing like crazy and it was really hard to continue the swim. If u could tell me the reason. Was I lacking oxygen and didn't realise it?
Can be because of holding breath for too long or ill fitting goggles. Tight goggles will cause you headaches too. I used to get constant ocular migraines after a swim due to this reason. You might want to try changing your goggles. Also check for a overly tight swim cap.
Madam, I hv just started swimming. (3 months) How to remove chlorine from skin after swimming. I take shower with soap and shampoo but my skin is getting dark. If I don't get easy and cheap solution I may quit swimming. Plz do reply Thanks in advance
No, it is not because of Chlorine, If you are doing it outdoor, then the tanning cannot be stopped. You should look for indoor swimming. Outdoor swimming Chlorine and sunlight make tanning.
