I've listened to this...by now, thousands of times, in the past 9 years. It is one of a handful of videos that have consistently brought me back from the brink of a permanent solution to a temporary problem by reigniting a bonfire in my heart. There have been months where I've watched this video EVERY SINGLE MORNING am still here today because of that.
I downloaded this video back in 2014 to listen to whenever I'm about to run and workout. Then I was strong lean and fit, life and death happened in the interim and now I'm in the worst shape of my life and I'm listening to this again on my first few steps into getting back in fighting shape. Let's do this.
Im starting to walk again. I was I’ll for a while. I was an avid runner. Now I listened to this message reigniting the fire to look ahead and walk daily.
Personally I wouldnt make that an alarm. It's EPIC, but we are still humans, and waking up early to work for our goal is hard, and feels super shit at the moment.. so it's too easy to hate everything around, and hating on epic stuff is a bad loss. Yet, I would put it after regaining my sense back from the sleep, as a reminder for the 'why'. As much as this video is awesome i have my own stuff for motivation, yet this footage is really EPIC.
I have been waking up 5.30 a.m. It is absolutely amazing! For 2 years waking up early and reading and studying English now I can handle it indeed! I set it, I commended it then I got it! Now, I can speak fluently and handle any bloody situation in English. Even if I cannot talk about the magnetic reserve of the poles I can still work on that and elaborate my ideas. As a matter of fact, waking up so early made me a stronger not only physically but also mentally. I am now ready to stop smoking for good!
Great going! You might wanna check out Miracle Morning. It's all about rising early and working on your personal development. The great work you already put in, make me think you'll love it!
Been listening to this over like 8 years now... the one line that throws chills across my body is "for you... the laws of physics are merely a suggestion. ❤
I'm going to listen to this first thing in the morning for the next 30 days, I will come back to this post and let you guys know the positive effect it might've had. *Feeling Determined*
It's been a month since I've made a commitment to get up early in the morning with the help of this video. The first week was the hardest, I now wake up 5.30am every morning & I feel like I have a sense of purpose every morning :)
I made a similar decision about two years ago when seeing this. I went from your average hiker to an ultra marathon runner in 8 months after competing in my first 50k mountain race. Now, I'm training to run from Mexico to Canada in 2016. Stay strong.
Been getting up at 4:30 every day, working hard and getting good grades. This video is what I wake up to every day, now motivation is something I don't lack
95% of forex Trader's fail-why? Because they give up quick, it takes time and lots of experience to become a profitable trader, An alternative is seek guidance from some pro trader's to avoid loses of funds. like me I got to know about the benefits of cryptocurrency and forex trading since I started trading with @Carlos_1uptrades on instagram. i went from $1,000 to $12,500 within 6days. I should have known this a long time ago.. .
This video has pulled me out of dark places and helped motivate me in a light that I never thought I Could achieve. I have shared it with my children and now I get calls from them asking the name of the video when they want to get back on the grind. It's awesome. Kind of lame it's made by a corporation, but the power behind it, makes up for it.
Rise and shine. 6am and your hand can't make it to the alarm clock before the voices in your head start telling you that its too early, too dark and too cold to get out of bed. Aching muscles lie still in rebellion pretending not to hear your brain commanding them to move. A legion of voices are shouting their unanimous permision for you to hit that snooze button and go back to dreamland. But you didn't ask for their oppinion. The voice you hace chosen to listen to is one of defiance. The voice that says there was a reason you set that alarm in the first place. So sit up, put your feet on the floor and dont look back because we've got work to do. Welcome to the grind. For what is each day but a series of conflicts between the right way and the easy way. 10000 streams fan out like a river delta before you, each one promising the path of least resistence. Thing is, you're heading upstream, and when you make that choice, when you decide to turn your back on what's confortable and safe and what someone called common sense, well thats day one. From there it only gets tougher, so just make sure this is something you want because the easy way out will always be there, ready to wash you away, all you have to do is pick up your feet. But you aren't going to, are you? With each step comes the decision to take another. You are on your way now, but this is no time to do well on how far you've come. You are on a fight against and opponent you cant see but oh you can feel among your heels cant you? feel him breathing down your neck. You know what that is? Thats you. Your fears, your doubts and insecurities, all ganged up like a fireing squad ready to shoot you out of the sky. But dont lose heart, while they are not easely defeated they are far from invincible. Remember, this is the grind, a battle royale between you and your mind your body and the devil on your shoulders telling you this is just a game, this is just a waste of time, your opponents are stronger than you. Drown out the voice of uncertainty with the sound of your own heartbeat, burn away yourself down with the fire deep beneath you. Remember what we are fighting for and never forget that momentum is a cruel mistress, she can turn on a dime with the smallest mistake, she is ever searching for the weak place in your armor, that one tiny thing you forgot to prepare for. So as long as the demon is hiding the details the question remains: Is that all you got? Are you sure? And when the awnser is yes. When you have done all you can to prepare yourself for battle. Then it's time to go forth and bravely face the enemy, and the enemy within. Only now you must take that fight into the open, into hostile territory. You are a lion in a field of lions, all humming the same elusive pray with the desperate starvation that sais victory is the only thing that can keep you alive. So believe that voice that says that you can run a little faster and you can throw a little harder, that for you, the laws of physics are merely a suggestion. Luck is the las dying wish of those who wanna believe that winning can happen by accident. Sweat on the other hand is for the ones who know its a choice. So decide now, because destiny waits for no man. So when the time comes and a thousand different voices are trying to tell you: you are not ready for it, listen instead to that lone voice of discent, one that sais you are ready, you are prepared, its all up to you know, so rise and shine.
I saw this for the first time a little over a month ago, I was living in my families basement and had a shit job.. today I’m moving into my first place in over 3 years, I have a way better job and things are genuinely getting better for myself and others around me
9 years later still coming back and even when I dont come back for a while.. I still hear his voice.. "that for you, tye laws of physics are merely a suggestion".
I spent the greater part of the last 5 years & 10 months putting 110% effort into recovering my life & with physical therapy. I survived a car accident that should've killed me & not for one minute during this journey have I lost my drive & determination. 17 surgeries & 400+ days spent in the hospital & aftercare facilities can destroy your spirit if you allow it. I wake up every morning to this & I don't see that stopping anytime soon . Remember two things in life, someone always has worst off then you & life is 10% of what happens to you and 90%of how you deal with it 💪
THIS has replaced my morning cup of coffee. This gets me up and moving and following the path that I know I should be on daily. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.
Oh my fucking god. Something completely just switched on in my heart after I heard this. I've been injured recently, and finally got permission to get back in the gym a couple weeks ago. Been coasting through it a bit...but after hearing this, I've made a complete and challenging work schedule to get back to my kickass, strong, pull-uping, deadlifting, sprinting badass self! WOO!
This is my primary motivational video. Look, I'm clinically depressed, overweight east European. And once I cycled 700 km in 48 hours and I finish. It was one of the hardest things that I've done in my life. This video, this text and the message was in my head. Once I do a sky running (105 kg at that time). I broke at ~25 km. I wanted to cry, but I didn't have any energy. And this video, this message was in my head. I finished way after the max time, but at the finish line, there was my (future) wife. Going back I listened to this video. This is the most powerful message sentenced in 3:24 minutes, my entire life direction, my dreams, my challenges. I don't know who the reader is, but I desperately want to listen to all of his motivational stuff. Thank you.
For many months now, the first thing that I do every morning when I wake up is watch this video. It not only encourages me to stop from going back to bed, it get me invigorated to and prepared to give all that I can to face any challenges ahead and to try to be the best man that I possible can. Anyone who really wants and is ready to put in the effort it takes can and will benefit greatly from it's inspiring message. You really need to find a way to have as many people as possible, in all walks and ages in life, to at least inspire them to attempt to reach their full potential. Don't ever take it off the air. It would be like robbing me of my most power inspiration to tackle each day, knowing that at the end, no matter where I finish, I've done my best, and that will always make me a winner.
This its actually completely right, I just recently went through a change like this. I used to complain, now I just do. I used to stop when it started to hurt, now I go till I can barely move. The most important thing is to remember, its going to be painful but the more pain you can overcome the stronger you will become.
@@AA-kk1kg Well there are limits maybe i have gone a little too hard but there is not better feeling after getting a body challenging work out. Suffering to make yourself better is really just a mindset, its not for everyone, but for me it does make me happy.
I listened to this as my alarm clock for the past year, and moved across the country and got into the medicinal marijuana industry. I am living my dream and helping people. You can do anything! keep it up don't stop improving.
NOTHING in this life is easy...we get where we are by achieving that goal we worked towards....weather you are a couch potato or an athlete....yes some get handed a harder pair of cards...but those that do tend to get through their hands more often than those who have been able to choose theirs.....give a man a fish,he will eat for a day, teach a man how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime......"for what is eachday but a series of conflicts between the right way and the easy way"....we all have it in use...that urge and desire....its just been numbed by society/media etc...we need nothing and no one but ourselves and our OWN beliefs......much love to us all
After some months of having my leg injured is back to see the track again. And fight to become one of the best sprinters of the Island. And become a Champion. Tomorrow is the day where I start the journey to success ✊
In 2014 heard this , and thought that's stupid, why would I wake up so early when I can enjoy sleeping. Today 2021 im 38 years, I wake up 4:30 am , and 6:30 im in the gym before I go to the school, yeah right im 38 and I just started going to nursing school also . I love this and now I have time for everything, but got to plan for it .
Here's a little motivation - 2 years ago I had a knee operation and I spent next 6 months in hospital. They told me I will never run again. About 4 months ago, I ran. Think about it everytime your body will try to quit ( it will hapen, trust me ). Strong will and good luck mate.
i don't understand how anyone could dislike or think this video is rediculous, this video just just apply to athletics it applies to every aspect of life
Repeat "I will" as many times per day as you can (wrote it on your wrist) and in few weeks you WILL SEE amazing stuff starting to happen. Dont think too much, think about WHAT YOU WILL DO and do it! Everyday! Try it. It really works.
Man I I randomly found this clip today when I was seriously lacking the motivation to go my kickboxing class! this SPOKE to me! so glad I went to that class, it was one of the best
I have this on youtube on my phone ready next to my pillow in the morning. when the alarm goes off I put the ear phones in and hit play and just lay there. :P Usually by the end of the video I'm up.
RISE AND SHINE BABY, RISE AND SHINE! i keep tellin it to myself everytime i think about letting go or whenever i feel weak... i've been doing it before i even watch this!! IT'S MAGICAL!
Except my alarm goes off at 0330 to morning training before my military muster at 0545. If this video doesn't motivate you to your full extent, nothing will. Best motivational video I've ever seen.
+Billsite Applies to the same concept! Rise and Shine! Go to school, go hard, do something with your life, you are the artist in your own story! It's your future you're creating.
+Billsite Your not going to succeed in life if you need to be motivated to go to school. Oh, please sir motivate me so I can get some knowledge for my future. Its ok man, you could work for me one day.
+MrRicardo141 everyone has there own reason there here, dont say you're not going to succeed if you need to be motivated to go to school... who are you to say that
I heard things on your video that's given me proper direction & to know there are people that take there time to truly be there for others, will always be #1 & for that, I thank you deeply... In my eyes, you're one of the #1 motivational videos in TH-cam when so many are extremely overwhelmed, trapped & have no desired & well needed funds, options etc. & so here I am for a tune up in different areas in mine as well as so/to many others lives & they finally desire to once again search for well needed "love, hope, kindness, respect" & so they can make positive changes, but many fIgHt anxiety, depression & constantly fIgHtInG chronic conditions etc., then where is there to turn, just not enough options as so many truly need, just so heartbreaking... But what we put into ourselves is always #1... Thank you
im a young student from switzerland, studying architecture. but my real dream is to participate at the olympics in judo. when i wake up in the morning at 5:30 and listen to this while doing my roadwork. the grind is on. dream big.
I was born with some difficulty in my leg. At the age of 17 I found out that I have a lazy eye, my left does not works that well. I am studying to be an engineer now. I live the impossible everyday. Man is capable of infinite things. Believe in yourself.

I used to listen to this when I pushed myself physically and mentally to reach my goal. It helped immensely. To think at the time when I was 15 I pushed my to participate in law enforcement, and eventually made the choice to complete a challenge with the Marine Corps at the age of 16. I was at my Prime everything going well for me, and eventually becoming an example, and inspired a few. Then an unfortunate series of events that affected me personal brought me back to stage 1. Defeated, depressed, lost the girl I had imagined being with and actually meeting her and now seeing her on social media with the few people who I despise due to him in front of others and myself knowing I have feeling for her have danced with her and took her out to the movies while everyone was watching this happen and know he was doing the it to be a jerk , a few of my life goals gone, and ashamed of showing my face to the outside world, and now I’m back here listening to what I listened to back when this all began. This is the best I could summarize
My friend showed my this video in grade 10 and 8 years later every time I hear it, I’m ready to run up damn wall … believe that voice that says you can run a little faster and you can throw a little harder and that for you the laws of physics are merely a suggestion 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿🔥🔥🔥
I listen to this whenever I'm debating to go to the gym. My overall goal is to gain 40 pounds of just muscle and so far I've already got 11. This song always made me get out of bed and work hard and helped me achieve my dream.
Absolutely the best motivational video I have ever seen. I watch it every morning as soon as I get up. I'd rather miss breakfast then miss watching this. I hope that they never take it off the air. Don T.
I don’t know how long I’ve been listening to this every single morning, at least a couple years, but even today at the end I still get chills as it STILL motivates me. No matter how I feel, the moment that last Rise & Shine is said followed by the alarm, continues to hype me up. Best motivational video imo.
No, you're completely wrong I'm afraid, I train in muay thai kickboxing & BJJ, I love fighting, I love meditating, sweating, feeling pain, there's no going backwards in my mind, there's no surrender, or taking it easy. I listen to motivational videos all the time, if I like them, because I like knowing, and hearing the voice of others out there who are as dedicated as myself and passionate about what they do & love to do. It's hard to find anyone who understands who much you love a hobby, or passion, it can get you feeling very lonely at times, like no one understands your drive, and people think your crazy and strange because people who love Martial Arts like myself, we want to always be training, sparring, rolling, when we aren't we watch shows like UFC, or movies like FIGHTVILLE or "Occupation: Fighter" It's just nice to get a reminder that we aren't alone, that we're at a higher level of existence beyond civilians, beyond hockey players, fast food workers, C.E.O.'s of companies, there aren't people on our level or our love of life. And it's just.. comforting in a way to know that we aren't alone in our drive.
greg mosher Beautiful Speach my friend like Winston Churchill said "If you're going through hell, keep going" never loose that fire in your hearth to keep going no matter what, best wishes.
***** Thank you sir, I haven't been doing Martial arts long, but it's completely consumed my free time, Ever since I quit smoking after college I needed something to do with my hands, so I started throwing them to improve myself for the law enforcement career I'm chasing, but I feel drawn towards a ring now like nothing ever before... I feel torn between getting a "real" job, and giving it all up and going for broke at MMA, because I know 99% of people who go for broke in this sport end up broke and destitute.. It's a tough choice.
I want to, believe me, some of worst thoughts that hold me back from going all in, is that while some people are the champions at 20 or 21 of local venues, i'm 23 this summer, potential has an expiration date, and I have a son, I should get a "real" job. So I'm also applying for the military so when he's older, the military will pay for his post secondary education, which is great! And 99% of people who go all in in this sport, end up broke and destitute. But I feel so connected, on a spiritual level, like it's what I was born to do.. Like I'll never be satisfied, I'll never be content if i'm not preparing myself everyday mentally physically & emotionally to meet an opponent for battle... I feel like I should have been born hundreds of years ago in the victorian age of england like the 100 year war between the english and the french, the medieval times of constant battle and strife. I feel like I would have shined then. Sorry for my big rants, I don't really have anyone around me who really understands this warrior mindset, they think they do but they don't, they'll go out and party on the weekends, sleep in if they can. I drink, once in awhile, but I'm up at 6 am every day and stretch, normally outside of winter I go for early morning runs, I love training to better myself.. Where are you from Mr Katalynus?
Hey, it's all good man, no place is perfect, Nova scotia has a lot of lazy (despite our reputation as hard workers) weed smoking punks that live on welfare when they don't need it, they just don't want to work. Go through pain... I always used to hear "no pain no gain" was like yeah, okay fair enough, but didn't think much of it. And now I see people around me that are scared to push their limits, scared of a workout, scared of pain, and no one enjoys being hurt, they enjoy surviving the pain yeah...but when I see people that are scared of pain, I don't understand it, how can someone be happy with a life of mediocrity? humans are meant to excel we need to thrive off of success, personal or world-wide, it doesn't matter. I was never a swimmer, and not a skier, heck, I don't like football, hockey ( I know, I'm a canadian that doesn't like hockey let alone skate haha ) I just never liked them, at all. Then I found WWE and though okay, men combating one another ! then it wasn't long I figured out it was fake as hell ( I was 13 or 14 when I found it) and found UFC, Pride etc and was blown AWAY, i Instantly looked for places to train, I was too poor to box, but my principal of my School (no more than 20 students allowed, we were basically the juvenile delinquents) taught me tae kwon do for free and I won a bronze medal in a tournament, since then I was hooked, I did a little wrestling and a little boxing not much at all. Then I had a son, troubles with his mother etc, bounced from girlfriend to girlfriend since then, flew to the other sde of canada to work and it blew in my face, and came home to live with my parents at 22 years old, no car, no job, just a failure... I ended up at college for Law Enforcement and am working security now, and training in muay thai kickboxing & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.. I'm applying for the military police right now, but just want to drop everything and go for broke in MMA but i'm surrounded by people that are 10x better than me, but I wonder if any of them feel the same way that I do ? It's hard to say.. calisthenics are insane !! I've seen them a few times, and I'm in decent shape during the winter (I'm a bit of a shut in sometimes but nice days in light snow and such will go for light runs or lift weights in a crossfit manner at home. I love pull ups but they're hard, but that's why I started doing them I guess.. I'm glad you have something you love so much !! It's a special feeling & I'm glad you said about how only have 2 good friends or so. and how it gets lonely, because, it really does... It's always hard for me to admit, but it really does get very lonely, you can have family, or friends, relationships, you name it, but if there isn't someone there sharing your passion, running beside you, sparring with you, talking strategies for martial arts, discussing workouts etc, you feel alone. for you it would be different i'm sure whereas your passion is calisthenics as opposed to MMA, but maybe the same feeling? .. Vices..I know those man... I'm not proud about it, but I can't lie, I used to do drugs, you name it, X, cocaine, pills, weed was pretty much a daily thing, I drank, always a smoker (I quit 2 months & 3 days ago!!) but one day I woke up, and was just done with hard drugs, I cut back on drinking, then eventually quit weed, and ten went to college for Law enforcement, and that REALLY changed me. I said goodbye to my old criminal friends, loser friends, punks, just...losers even my cousin who was the biggest loudmouth loser of them all. some people say, "how can you do that!?" They were your friends! but you know what, they weren't. What kind of friends lets you break the law, or smoke weed? or sit on your ass everyday? A punk, a lazy person, a loser. when I die, I want to die with more than "friends" I want to leave a legacy, or at least be a legacy to one person, whether I get into MMA on a big scale and get ONE fan, or am a legacy to my son, or serve my country, save a child's life, defend the innocent and weak from the tyrants this world possesses, or a legacy to a wife I may one day have, who knows? I only REALLY have a couple friends, but none of them are active, or passionate like myself... I'm hoping through MMA I'll be able to find at least one person I get along with that I can train all the time with. honestly I can be a quiet person outside of the gym (that's what we all call it as opposed to the dojo) That is hard to believe that when your jogging and whatnot, that people give looks like that... but hey, maybe THAT is opportunity for YOU! I'll bet that at least one person sees you and says, i wish I could do that, what he is doing. And maybe their wish will turn into a thought, and that thought turn into an action and that action into a lifestyle, and maybe in a week, a month, a year, you might see someone new jogging the roads or doing calisthenics, and will all be because of your passion for life and calisthenics! you never know man, just never give up and do what you love !!! And they are the problem, just like the lazy welfare living, weed smoking losers of Nova scotia here of eastern canada. but you know what? A problem is simply a question that hasn't been answered yet my friend. Maybe so! If I ever get into pro MMA or even semi-pro I'll make sure if I ever win a title to mention "Mr. Katalynus" during my acceptance speech ! haha! Never give up man, never surrender! I would say best of luck to you, but luck is for people who don't make their own way in life. Take care man, and I apologize for my long response, but don't worry, I don't mind long messages. If you take the time to write it, I will take the time to read & reply! I still write actual letters to my grandmother & sister, and that's always been my motto for it haha. Take care my friend & live like no other has before !
Ron Alinoel Diu Nope. He kept on winning more races after that. That is just how trail running is. Gnarly uphill. Gnarlier downhill. Look up for Killian Jornet
Just like another comment on here I decided I want to come back in 3 months and have an update (All my younger years since elementary I've been in my 100's and soon almost 170 But I lost it and was 120 I gave up and gained 75 pounds and now I'm going to do it all over again reaching 115) relighting that huge spark of motivation 💪
My friend was going to kill himself. He had a 45 to his head. I hadn't talked to him in mont0hs. Then I randomly sent this to him. He watched it and pulled the gun away from his head. There is something in this speech if you just listen to the words. It saved my friend
Same here. Now Rise and Shine.. 💯❤
Man!!!!! I've been listening to it since I was a kid, I was 15!! I'm a grown ass man now 24 years old and I'm still listening to it from time to time
Same
your worded this perfectly, sir. back here July 2023 and it never disappoints to wake that something up inside again.
Glad you're here. Keep going 💪
I downloaded this video back in 2014 to listen to whenever I'm about to run and workout. Then I was strong lean and fit, life and death happened in the interim and now I'm in the worst shape of my life and I'm listening to this again on my first few steps into getting back in fighting shape. Let's do this.
Glennville Sanido wish you all the best and this is just an obstacle. You CAN and you WILL get through this better than ever!
Im starting to walk again. I was I’ll for a while. I was an avid runner. Now I listened to this message reigniting the fire to look ahead and walk daily.
How is the shape?
9 years later and this is still one of the best speeches I’ve ever heard. Relighting a fire in my soul ever time. Truly ultimate
God dam I love this, can't tell you how many time this has got me out of bed.
It has woken me up every damn time this year.
Not a day have a slept a minute beyond 3:30am.
Shit gets you rolling and grinding.
I set it as my alarm, it get me out of bed every morning. And keeps me fighting for my self and my kids.
GG GG how do you set it as alarm
Top5s me too!🙌🏻
I have been waking up 5.30 a.m. I am now ready to stop smoking for good!
well done!! :D
Tks bruv!
you are the man!
Thank you bruv! I hope one day I can be like you physically speaking! Thanks bruv!
Great going! You might wanna check out Miracle Morning. It's all about rising early and working on your personal development. The great work you already put in, make me think you'll love it!
Been listening to this over like 8 years now... the one line that throws chills across my body is "for you... the laws of physics are merely a suggestion. ❤
This video pushed me from college drop out to doctoral student
This motivational video makes sense. No "beast" mentality or other nonsense , its close to the chest.
thanks for the motivational speech optimus prime
Brett Andrews was that Peter Cullen? Definitely sounded like him.
Lmao
@@DoomRulz Stan Robak. Dallas voice actor.

TeenageMillionaire your awesome! Im gonna do this too
I made a similar decision about two years ago when seeing this. I went from your average hiker to an ultra marathon runner in 8 months after competing in my first 50k mountain race. Now, I'm training to run from Mexico to Canada in 2016. Stay strong.
Been a month. I want to ask you a question. You wake up at 5:30am which to me sounds crazy but what time do you sleep most days??
Been getting up at 4:30 every day, working hard and getting good grades. This video is what I wake up to every day, now motivation is something I don't lack
Rise and shine... I love this.
LowkoTV fancy seeing you here brotha
95% of forex Trader's fail-why? Because they give up quick, it takes time and lots of experience to become a profitable trader, An alternative is seek guidance from some pro trader's to avoid loses of funds. like me I got to know about the benefits of cryptocurrency and forex trading since I started trading with @Carlos_1uptrades on instagram. i went from $1,000 to $12,500 within 6days. I should have known this a long time ago.. .
holy crap, wow, this is even more motivating
I listened to this on repeat during my first half marathon and also during every run while preparing it.
Hell yeah RattleSnake!
I love this: "the laws of physics are merely a suggestion"
This video has pulled me out of dark places and helped motivate me in a light that I never thought I Could achieve. I have shared it with my children and now I get calls from them asking the name of the video when they want to get back on the grind. It's awesome. Kind of lame it's made by a corporation, but the power behind it, makes up for it.
10 yrs later and im still using this video
So when the time comes and a thousand different voices are trying to tell you: you are not ready for it, listen instead to that lone voice of discent, one that sais you are ready, you are prepared, its all up to you know,
so rise and shine.
hobodides howd I copy that
"All humming the same elusive pray"....😶

You have way to much time on your hands
I read it in that guys voice lol I love this motivational video
I saw this for the first time a little over a month ago, I was living in my families basement and had a shit job.. today I’m moving into my first place in over 3 years, I have a way better job and things are genuinely getting better for myself and others around me
It would literally be so convenient if this came up in my dream every day before my alarm rings
Arjiv J I recorded it on my phn and use it as my alarm sound. It's perfect.
Remember two things in life, someone always has worst off then you & life is 10% of what happens to you and 90%of how you deal with it 💪
The laws of physics are merely a suggestion.
THIS has replaced my morning cup of coffee. This gets me up and moving and following the path that I know I should be on daily. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.
WithThisLight the coffee still helps 👌
I've been listening and coming back to this video for 9 years. Such an amazing peice of work.
This is probably one of the best training / motivation copywriting ever written!
I say this to myself along this guy from start to finish!!!!!! Every Morning!!!
WOO!
I listen to this before taking any of my exams for college. It helps take away the stress and self doubt before going into class.
11 years later and I still remember "You're a lion among lions!" I used to play this every morning for a while. Glad to find it again
Watching this at night...crap now I can't sleep
Omg XD
+Sanal K Joy set this shit as my alarm clock... never have a problem getting out of bed.
+Sanal K Joy Now you have to hit the gym, wash the dishes, learn nuclear fusion and become the first person to swim around the world. All before dawn.
+Sanal K Joy lol you're too motivated to go to sleep
+Sanal K Joy Work it out!
I normally don't like motivational videos, but when I do, they look like this.
watched this before trying to hit my PR Deadlift....destroyed it.
I watch this literally every morning. Have been for a while now. Tackling the mental struggles ASAP every day! anyone else??
NOTHING in this life is easy...we get where we are by achieving that goal we worked towards....weather you are a couch potato or an athlete....yes some get handed a harder pair of cards...but those that do tend to get through their hands more often than those who have been able to choose theirs.....give a man a fish,he will eat for a day, teach a man how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime......"for what is eachday but a series of conflicts between the right way and the easy way"....we all have it in use...that urge and desire....its just been numbed by society/media etc...we need nothing and no one but ourselves and our OWN beliefs......much love to us all
After having watched this, I feel as if I could move mountains! I've got to watch this every morning...
I love these video's, they get me so pumped to keep motivated and train hard every day !!!!!

Here's a little motivation - 2 years ago I had a knee operation and I spent next 6 months in hospital. They told me I will never run again. About 4 months ago, I ran. Think about it everytime your body will try to quit ( it will hapen, trust me ). Strong will and good luck mate.

I have memorized those words and I recite to myself word by word. Powerful words that changed my life completely.

A sequence of words and images of victory, just discovered this video now, I will spread for all ones who stand by me on my journey.
This motivates me. I'm eating more Cheetos than ever before, and I just finished my second gallon of ice cream today. #nevergiveup
lol dont overdo it
You are a awesome person
#goals
Fucking beast mode, get after it playa!

Except my alarm goes off at 0330 to morning training before my military muster at 0545. If this video doesn't motivate you to your full extent, nothing will. Best motivational video I've ever seen.
Hey dude I just need motivation to go to school
Not run a marathon or go to World War 3
lmao!!!!
+MrRicardo141 everyone has there own reason there here, dont say you're not going to succeed if you need to be motivated to go to school... who are you to say that
I'll add it to my arsenal, thanks for that epic sentence ! [for think and grow rich]
Thank you
To me, it can kind of sounds like Optimus Prime is telling you all this. Making it even more epic lol
im a young student from switzerland, studying architecture. but my real dream is to participate at the olympics in judo. when i wake up in the morning at 5:30 and listen to this while doing my roadwork. the grind is on. dream big.
I was born with some difficulty in my leg. At the age of 17 I found out that I have a lazy eye, my left does not works that well. I am studying to be an engineer now. I live the impossible everyday. Man is capable of infinite things. Believe in yourself.
Brutally honest, my lord!! I have to admit, at times, I’d rather be lucky than good...I pray to hit that power ball!!

I should set this as my alarm
My friend showed my this video in grade 10 and 8 years later every time I hear it, I’m ready to run up damn wall

I ain't doin' sh*t no matter how EPIC and MOTIVATING this clip was.
This nails it. We just need to keep pushing and pushing unit the ultimate goal is achieved - happiness, contention, just being.

Don T.
Says it all...thank you for posting..
I don’t know how long I’ve been listening to this every single morning, at least a couple years, but even today at the end I still get chills as it STILL motivates me. No matter how I feel, the moment that last Rise & Shine is said followed by the alarm, continues to hype me up. Best motivational video imo.
when chances are 1 in a million, I'll be that one.
I guess people who'd need such motivational videos in the first place will never be this dedicated as portrayed in the video.
I was never a swimmer, and not a skier, heck, I don't like football, hockey ( I know, I'm a canadian that doesn't like hockey let alone skate haha )
I just never liked them, at all.
I'm hoping through MMA I'll be able to find at least one person I get along with that I can train all the time with. honestly I can be a quiet person outside of the gym (that's what we all call it as opposed to the dojo)
That is hard to believe that when your jogging and whatnot, that people give looks like that... but hey, maybe THAT is opportunity for YOU!

My friend was going to kill himself. He had a 45 to his head. I hadn't talked to him in mont0hs. Then I randomly sent this to him. He watched it and pulled the gun away from his head. There is something in this speech if you just listen to the words. It saved my friend
The best motivational speech on TH-cam
