I downloaded the app after watching your video. I look forward to being able to send my records for ALL my disorders at once. I have hEDS, POTS, and many other things. I currently have a bujo that I keep track in, but I think this would be a great addition to that
No matter if it's the LYXBAGS or any other, my steadfast belief stands that only practitioners can perceive dissimilarities in the sack looks or the metal constituents
I used to have one but my shoulders dislocate pretty frequently. I tend to drink out of cups/mugs with handles when I can nowadays to avoid dropping things.
I use mine when I go logging or riding (I only wear it on horses that won't spook from the noise, though) - I put hydration mixes in it (straight water does nothing for me), so it keeps me hydrated and cooled off. Mine has a waist belt and sternum strap in addition to the shoulder straps, so it's pretty secure and takes the load off my shoulders, but it also has another pocket that I use to securely hold my emergency meds.
I’m no you’re not weird- causing pain to distract us from other pain- I think we all? Do that? I mean I have, since forever. You’re notes are truly awesome. I neeeed to do that. Oh and I didn’t know an hour prior bed for opiates 🤷♀️ sorry for all the disjointed comments.
kat kaplan i think it’s definitely worth it. I’ve been using it for about a year and a half now and I’ve found it to be really helpful, especially the report function

I’ve been using a camelback backpack for hydration. Helpful for not having to carry a drink when your thumbs are dislocating.

Hey Leigh! If you pay for a yearly NHS pass you get all your prescriptions free for that year. Really useful for us spoonies :)
It costs more than my meds would since I don't get a prescription every month, but thanks for letting me know x
