I have the PEQ-15 clone potted version (not sure if that makes a difference), and the tether doesn't move with the tailcap, so it might just be a batch-to-batch thing, like you said.
My friend had three of their lasers, two older versions and one current version. He said the tether on the older versions was stiffer and didn't have that issue, so it could be that they switched to a different material recently? I'm really not sure
question bro, what gun are you using the peq2 for, is it for a specific recreation. its just some antiquated compared to a peq15 are you using the ngal on the same gun?
Personally I love how the PEQ2 looks. Most people probably get it for clone builds, but I'm not into all of that. Also nostalgia hits with how much I loved my real one when I had it
@@BrownieAirsoft nice bro that answered my question perfectly!! I love the ngal I'd just have to have black but its definately now something I'm going to buy. thanks for the info. cheers
You can't go wrong with any of their options that have IR, so whichever fits your preferred look will do! I'll have more videos about these two lasers posted in the coming weeks once I get a chance to mess with them a bit more
For airsoft, absolutely. It works just fine, honestly as far as the PEQ-15 and the PEQ-2 are concerned, the newer Somogear ones have a VCEL illuminator which is better than the real ones that don't. For real steel... People are tripping for using these and trusting them, but that's just my two cents
As I understand it, they work for real steel. The illuminators will have some room to be desired for performance, but the laser is great and more powerful than any civilian legal one. The peq2 fits all military mounts and accessories, the ngal is really great for what it is, lasers are co aligned, not perfect but close enough for working with it if you have a budget and don’t want to drop tons of money
Quality content as always. Best info I could find
Much love🙌
Top tier laser and box opening content my friend!
You're a real one my g!
