No 4 way bucket , but appears to have provision for it . Maybe look at the Vermeer 450 TX

Actually yes. A few times I've leaned off the back of it with a coworker to lift a too heavy sod/stone palate or root ball.
The company I work for got one of these 2 years ago to move around tight spaces where our tractor loaders would not fit... But of course it has a lot less lift capacity than the larger tractors, so we tend to push it too hard some times.
