Working in the outback at Mt Dare was an unbelievable, unfortgetable experience. Every day is truly an adventure out here! Thank you for taking the time to watch our video and share your stories from Mt Dare or the Australian Outback. 🤙
Hey there, my wife, now departed, was the daughter of the previous owners of Mount Dare. It was owned by the Lowe family and part of the Dalhousie Pastoral Company.
This couple is very interesting. I've never seen a woman as versatile and hard working as Isabella . I've watched all of their videos and this couple work hard. And the young lady seemed to know how to do everything. I have to find out if she has a sister, I need a partner like her. As usual nice video. Thank you.
Hi sweeties we have found your amazing and fantastic video. Please, please, please do lots more .we are pensioners 73 x 71 .and its lovely to see you young couple and watching your daily life. Bless you both x everyone else in the video. Linda and john Bellamy.UK xxx 2022
Had some good times there, even fixed a split rim tube on my troopy in the shed there. Heaps of beautiful zebra finches around the pub etc. Very nice place to be.
G'Day first time watcher of your adventures......... I have seen other programs that featured stopovers at Mt Dare, but this was fantastic to experience a behind-the-scenes at Mt Dare. What a lifestyle to be out there. Bloody fantastic!! You know so many Aussies venture offshore to experience other countries. Yet they would not have a bloody idea of their own backyard. Fellow Aussie get out there and experience Australia .... And suck the guts out life..
That is a quality upload ....so so much better than look at us going to the same places everybody else has .....that's your ticket to success right there
Visited Mt Dare two years ago after crossed the Simpson. Still remember that Unimog and a broken Jeep Cherokee. The French guy (forgot his name) was super friendly and shown us around. What a special place to visit!
Brings back great memories and I will always remember Mt Dare for it's experiences and people that I met there. Well done. If you're in Victoria call in and see me. Gra knows where I am. Cheers Dave
You guys are legends! I loved watching this. I’m a South Aussie and bought a truck camper and travelled across the US in my F150 AND 1984 Lance camper with my dog. It has been some of the best experiences of my life. Keep on trucking you two!
WTF did I just watch? You guys are crazy. I googled Mt Dare and brought up a map that showed you are on the cusp of a large body of water. Then I looked at the Satellite Photo. Bloody heck. Thank god for the Bar. You guys need to be doing something weekly. You'd be famous in a short time. I subscribed. I want more.
Guys I came across your channel by chance but I was questioning my sanity and say what the heck are they doing 😊in that never never no where outback geez just what exactly aren’t they drinking out there in that Mt Dare Hotel/pub it’s probably just a typical chaotic rush rush atmosphere in a busy drinking hole but wow just watching you two work especially you Isabella you’re a bloody beauty queen changing that tire cracked me when corrected the owner about the tire pressure 😂😂the hot springs were so ridiculous that was a 6 (cricket) but the rest of viewings was mixing of obvious impact and emotional pain nevertheless it was bloody entertaining great viewing 🇳🇿NZ
I really liked this upload. The editing was slick and the content fast paced so you never got bored. Would love to see more so I subscribed. You should too.
Simply awesome guys, i'm from Outback and love watching your footage each time I get to watch your footage. Outback Country is where the Genuine no Bullshit people live.
G'day your video showed up in my recommendations thoroughly enjoyed it i can imagine what the stars would of looked like out there amazing & really enjoyed your content keep it up. 🍻
Very interesting and extremely enjoyable. I've driven down the middle, and across top and bottom of Australia a few times so have experienced some of the problems in remote areas. Always good to hear, and see, other peoples experiences, and the sensible crack of country people, thank you!
Wow, you guys came up on my feed on YT. Needless to say i've liked, subbed and cant wait for the next video. Such an awesome Channel. Well done Jez and Belle!
Yep…..2015 was the year when a couple of mates and miss’s came through Mt Dare … Truely a memorable time as we made our way to Birdsville via Big Red that was easy to conquer as it only appeared to be challenging in blogs and TH-cam videos! Dalhousie Springs was fantastic except for the catfish nibbling at your private parts and toes should you be sitting in the water along the water edge! Keep up your good work guys! GG 😊
We had a similer but smaller experence this year. Was planing on crossing the simo east to west but mates car crapped itself out of windorah. Got it towed to Betoota pub (170km from Birdsville and 200km from Windorah) and ended up working out there for rest of our holiday. Was very different as we had never done pub/workshop type work before but got to see and do so much more then ever would have if just drove past. So much so we are going back to help out for a bit after the crowd from Big Red Bash passes back through next year
Whoever named Mount Dare must be from Cynon valley here in Wales. We have 2 towns, one is Mountain Ash the other is Aberdare. The vid was a good watch, Kudos
Great to see you two again. We were at Mt Dare overnight on the 10th September, it pissed with rain all night. We hightailed it out of there next morning before the track could be closed. Holy crap - it was a mission and a half to get to Purni Bore through some deep and soft mud, especially around Dalhousie. We got through unscathed and without any issue :) Thanks, Jeremy, for the suggestion that we get going ASAP rather than wait for the road report to come through :)
Great stuff! Liked your trip to Old Andado - and Molly Clark drove me up to Darwin (from Alice ) in mid80s in the red 80 series that looks like its in the shed.
Great run down of the happenings at Mt Dare. Awesome that your channel has finally come into my TH-cam feed. It only took about 8 months.😀 We must've come through early in your stint, heading East and taking the Rig Road as you suggested. It was an excellent trip.
Thank you folks for a bit of a look into your adventures, it was a wonderful watch. Were I a younger man I'd've had Mt. Dare on my bucket list, but as an old fart my list is very short and much closer by :P Big cheers to ya'll from PNW Canada! New sub!
Pretty sure I crossed paths with you on the French line this past July, I fell off my bike when I saw the mog on the other side of a dune, you were on your way to a recovery. I Was on a ktm 890. Awesome work by the way and happy future travels 👍
What an awesome catch up guys. And how interesting as to what goes on in other places. Thank you. Good to see you are both doing well and loving life xx
This is cool. Cheers for showing us around. I've been there a few times so it's good to see another side of it that we normally would not get to experience
Good stuff. Loved it ... none of the drama queen stuff so many others post. Have subscribed and looking forward to watching your future efforts. I don't do the Patreon thing for others, but if you do go down that path, I will start and find a bit of dough each month to help out for real content. Happy travels.
Hey Jeremy and Isabella it was great catching up with you after my Simpson desert crossing this year got your sticker and sitting proudly on my fridge in the camper. I do remember you saying that you're going to make this video and I was looking forward to seeing it as a great insight into what you two guys have to do out there well done.🇦🇺
UniMogs are the ultimate for anything a station, farm or outback traveller has to throw at it. Some Special Forces use them or variants of them. Another piece of Mercedes Benz brilliance.

Yes. They’re obviously tough, hard-working folk that get a lot of satisfaction from working the way they do. Their skills are on another level, fr.

oh my gosh, this is so good in so many good ways
Mt Dare is the OASIS in the desert. I saw it during winter 2022 just after the FINKE. I was amazed that the motorbikes probably outnumbered the 4x4s.
Hats off to you for living in this tougher country

Thanking Freja for the algorithm bringing me by. What an interesting life you two lead. Now subbing!
BTW I drank bore water when I lived in Roma Qld as a kid. At school they would chill it before it came out of the taps so it was nicer to drink.
